More and more schools in Sweden are changing old fashioned butter like Bregott to margarine. However now the researchers are saying it’s dangerous. He also says it’s sugar and not butter that lays behind diabetes.
I use Bregott. We use real butter. I do not use Becel or such things, since I am allergic to an ingredient inside.
