Logiken i Moderat allianspolitik går inte ihop

Logiken är totalt avsaknad i den Moderata politiken tillika allianspartiernas “jobblinje”-politik. Om man förespråkar arbete ska man inte ta bort möjligheten för arbetssökande att stämpla upp mer än 75 dagar. Ty när de 75 dagarna gått, vem ska kunna leva på ett par timmars arbete i veckan? Alltså återstår bara total arbetslöshet. Ju längre tid man är helt sysslolös och utan arbete = desto svårare att komma in på arbetsmarknaden igen. Alltså är det en fördel för den arbetssökande att jobba som timanställd under tiden man går på a-kassa. Man har gott om tid att söka ett nytt jobb de dagar man inte får något jobb och inte kommer upp i heltid. Man får arbetslivserfarenhet, referenser, aktuell erfarenhet och knyter kontakter, man betalar skatt och finansierar en del av statskassan. Men Fredrik Reinfeldt, Hillevi Engström och Anders Borg för inte en politik som rimmar med någon arbetslinje. Deras politik med 75-dagars regeln för arbetslösa rimmar illa med jobblinjen. Arbetssökande har inget val efter att de 75 dagarna är slut att vara heltidsarbetslösa, för vem kan leva på exempelvis 3000kr? Ingen. Men det är vad timvikariat kan ge, få pengar, ibland inga pengar. Att kunna stämpla upp hela sin a-kasse-period är av gagn för hela samhället. Alliansens arbetsmarknadspolitik har misslyckats. Logiken i politiken rimmar illa med jobblinjen. Deras politik är ologisk. Ointelligent. Känns som de vill att arbetslösa ska komma ännu längre bort från arbetsmarknaden med flit. Hatar de arbetslösa och timvikarier så mycket?

75-day rule for Swedish work politics hinders unemployed to work. The 75 day rule on a-kassa only allows unemployed to take temp jobs and stamp up (stämpla upp) for a maximum of 75 days. Then the unemployed must chose to be totally unemployed or lose its a-kassa. Many temp jobs give low saleries and i.e. 3000 sek is to little to live on in Sweden. But the temp job is a way to stay on the job market and be more interesting for employers that seek people. You get references, you are also get connections and work experience. The Alliance and Moderats in Sweden say that they drive a politics that wants people to work (the work line politics), but all logic says that a 75 day rule for “stamping up” just drives people to more unemployment. Having a-kassa to use the days when you do not have temp jobs makes it possible to live and pay the bills. However living on just a temp job salary is far to often impossible. I think they should remove the maximum 75 day rule for stamping up on a-kassa working as a temp. The rule is illogical if they really want people to rather work than be on a-kassa (unemployment insurance). When you work you pay tax, you get connections, work experience, references and such. Stupid government, illogical politics and unintelligent rules. Just saying.

Some politicians should live on deserted islands

I am pretty tired of the politics in the Swedish government, run by the Alliance. Especially the work market politics run by Anders Borg and Fredrik Reinfeldt I think should be changed. They are not running a humane form of politics that gains all of the Swedish population. Their work market politics are not doing any good, the unemployment rates are going up according to AMS.se.

During January over 5600 persons where alarmed that they are going to be layed off. Also AMS.se articles say that it has become more difficult for most occupations to get a job, here in Sweden. So if you where thinking of migrating to Sweden – forget it. It will just end up in unemployment and poverty most likely.

The prognosis say that 25 000 fewer people are going to work this year. Actually they call it “sysselsättning”, but it is just another word for it. In December 2012 about 76 000 jobs where offered, where of 40 000 where reported in December. From the unemployed 33 000 persons got a job. These statistics are for people between 16-64 years old.

414329 are reported as unemployed as well as in different types of programs like Aktivitetsstöd and so on. However 710 159 people are looking for a new job. Some of those that are not “openly” unemployed can be in example a person in a temp job or have a job but wanting to change.

710 000 people are competing for 76000 jobs. That is 10 applicants at least on each job. Not everyone will get a job. And do to Swedish mentally many believe that those that are working are better to hire, so therefor it is somewhat more difficult for the 414 000 unemployed to get the available jobs. Also many ads are duplicates. I have even made my own research study on that. I have found applications that I have believed where to the same reqruitment. I called them, asked them a little and understood that the reqruiters where competing to sell a reqruit to the position. This means in fact that many of the jobs are duplicates really and not real job oportunities.

Then again. There are also those temp agencies and reqruiters that want a database to sell access to for the employers. The more they have, the more interesting it is for the employers to get access. Therefor they advirtise out jobs that are fictional. This way they have people in certain competences to access. Therefore I no longer give away so many details to them. I make actually resumes that are anonymous almost. I write really only why they should employ me and what type of experience I have. Then just home number and e-mail, nothing else. I don’t want them to call me on a cell phone. I might very well be working and they would just be bothering me. If they want to get a hold on me, they can call me when I am home. It is not fun if the phone keeps ringing and you are already working.

Well. So what about Fredrik and Anders? They have totally failed in giving a politics that helps Sweden to grow. Their politics are like chicken politics. They should really educate and use the 414 000 unemployed to research and restart smart production in Sweden, so we once more can be world leading in technology. Afterall there are many well-educated people among the unemployed and those that are not – they can be offered education. For those that do not like reading they can be educated in physical work. There are many such work task that could benefit the Swedish society. I think it would be better to employ all the 414 000 people by the Swedish state instead. I believe it would benefit all of Sweden. But since their politics is all about putting the responsibility and blame on the individual, they are just making Sweden’s chances of growing and being able to do things less possible.

So instead of Fredrik and Borg continuing loosing time on shit, they should desert the government and be placed on their own islands, where they cannot continue to any more harm.

Sweden could also higher the a-kassa, so that children families do not enter poverty once they lose their jobs due to greedy capitalistic tendencies in companies all over the world. Let children in poor Swedish families also have the joy of culture. Make the museums free again. Make the buses and subway trains free for all. This way poor families also may take trips within whole of Sweden.

Swedish politicians should legislate for the environment. And all of EU to. They should legislate and put dates up so the companies must comply. Make all import of companies that do not follow EU and Swedish standards illegal. Forbid them, this way EU can make other countries comply. We, the people can affect the whole world. Just start doing politics! Start talking. Demonstrate! Use peaceful methods only.

Some organisations and corporations are no better than old time slave owners

One could think that we, the workers, are nothing more than slaves. Slaves to the money system ruling the world economy. One could say we are money slaves. Slave labour for money. In the news we constantly have to read about workers not getting paid, not getting enough money to survive on by just working regular hours, workers that only can afford crappy living, workers locked in to the factories and so on. In Asia there are a lot of conditions that are bad, both in living quarters and health care and food and so on. Many live in dirt and sickness. Some risk their life every day. For what? To make corporations even richer? To make shareholders even richer? To make nations even richer? Richer on what? The blood, sweat and tears of the workers. In some cases even the workers death, sickness and so on. What for? Cheap stuff? For you and for me? Why??? Is it really worth it?

Are you a slave to stuff? What if everything was gone tomorrow? What would you have then? Ask yourself. Is all this really worth the suffering of others? All the stuff doesn’t just make workers be slave. They enslave you, the worker here, to, you have to work in order to buy all the stuff.

There are problems in my country too. More and more jobs are temp jobs, where you cannot live on the money you make. In todays Partiledardebatt on SVT2 they talked about the fact that people are more in unsure unemployment. This is true and has been my reality for far to long. It stresses me economically. It stresses my everyday life. Imagine not having a vacation more than four times in 20 years. That is my reality. Vacation is nothing I know of. I would like to have it, but I cannot. In Sweden people who are unemployed have to pay for their vacation days themselves. If you take vacation from work applications and interviews then you have to be without money. You are allowed to have non paid vacation. Unemployed belong to low-income-sector with the Alliance ruling. This means that there is no money to save to get a vacation. Even if you just go to the country cottage that someone you know lends you, you can still get letters to attend Arbetsförmedlingen or an interview or something like this. If you do not attend you loose your a-kassa (unemployment insurance). There are many rules like this. Thanks to the Gestapo way of authorities people should be chained to their homes during unemployment. Chained to the regular mail box.

The Swedish system is unfair, unjust and Sweden is the land of shit when it comes to unemployment. Also there is a stigma over unemployment, that there is something wrong with unemployed people, even thought there is not. But getting told this every time in media by politicians and others makes people believe it. Trying to get a job from a lower position isn’t easy. First many people apply for the available jobs. There are at least 10 applicants per position. 9 cannot get a job. So there are not jobs for everyone.

Starting own companies is one way to create jobs. However this means going into debt for most. I hate debt, I already have student loans and loans for my living quarters, I do not need more. Therefore I do not start any company. I risk loosing my only income if I do. A-kassa.

I work as a temp. They call me when they need me. I never know when or what I will do. It is a surprise every day.

In todays Affärsliv I read about this system for workers… the temp jobs. They say in the article that this system with temp jobs by hours is no better than in the old days when a “brukspatron” chose who was going to work that day or not. They also write that people cannot plan their lives when they work this way. That is causes stress for the permanent workers to have to train the temps each time. The costumers also have to get used to a new face each time.

I agree with Affärslivs article. It is hard, you cannot plan and I agree some of us do not make enough money on the temp jobs. Reality for many. At least I get “semesterersättning” (vacation money paid in money) each time I work. Some get 12 or 13 % extra on the hourly wages. This money is paid for vacation. You have to save it if you want vacation. Temps can have vacation if they make enough money.. but there is the problem. As a temp you are usually lower paid then the regular workers. So perhaps you have to use all the money to survive. This is the way many of us live. And Fredrik Reinfeldt and Anders Borg are part of the system that has made it harder for temp workers to survive. They have made temps poorer. How? They have made the limit of maximum 75 days to “stämpla upp” (stamp up) to full-time with the unemployment insurance (a-kassan).

I say: They should remove the 75 day rule. People must be able to work. Workers must be able to survive on their income.

I have applied for over a hundred jobs

I have made more than a hundred job applications prior to today. I don’t feel so much for the most of the jobs. I know nothing about the work places. I only know what the ad says they want. That is about it. The work places seldom really say what I really want to know. What type of leadership do they have? What are the colleagues like? What type of humor do people have? What kind of values do they have? Is the environment open or enclosed? What type of people are really working there? Even if I would ask I do not think that the answers always would be true. I think people do as they do on Facebook. They lie and give the perfect version of themselves. I don’t think that work applications are any truth to the persons either. I rather not say I am this or that. I say what I have done and if that is not good enough, then perhaps the place isn’t either?

The work ads are not really made the way I would like them to. I want to know about the place, what type of environment it is and what type of people work there. Then I would like to have the possibility to say no thank you without the government taking away the a-kassa. However on this point unemployed have to take a full-time offered job. Nobody is forced to take a part-time job according to the rules.

However the type of “work” mostly offered is trial employment, that really is a shitty form of employment. You have no rights. They do not even need to give you a reason if they do not want you anymore. On a project job they will have to pay you no matter what. Project jobs are a better form of employment.

The work market inn Sweden isn’t easy. You have to be “lagom”, regular Joe or Anne are wanted. “Fit in” is the key word. In my world that is “play theater”. Social skills they call them, the skills that not all of us can meet, even though being nice and honest and reliable. Sweden doesn’t want that type of worker. You should all be molded into a certain shape and “fit in”. It is not an easy work market. It is not enough that you are nice or skilled, those are not the criteria on this work market.

Since it is very difficult to find a nice work place it would be better if the unemployed had sites on the net where they advertise their skills and the work places had to apply to them in order to get colleagues. This way the unemployed wouldn’t have to apply for jobs they do not get anyway. There are CV databases, but I am not talking about that. I am talking about another way of finding workers. Let the jobs come to the workers instead. Let the workers be able to say no. This would indeed change the balance I think.

Svenska andrahandsmarknaden av arbetslösa

Mycket ska svenska arbetare stå ut med. Dels är vi arbetskraft åt företag som ultimat tjänar pengar på vårt arbete. Rika som blir rikare står bakom företagen. Brats, miljardärer och andra företagare äger mycket av företagarpengarna. De bestämmer villkoren på svenska arbetsmarknaden och det är det som kallas för att “arbetsmarknadens parter” ska sätta villkoren. Faktum är att det är arbetsgivarna som sätter villkoren. De bestämmer hur de vill anställa.

Idag är det allt vanligare att svenska arbetsmarknaden använder sk bemanningsföretag och vikariat och andra former av osäkra anställningar. Anställningar som inte ger möjlighet att planera ett familjeliv. Du måste vara på standby i den så kallade andrahandsmarknaden. Reglerna för a-kassan tillåter inte att du jobbar deltid pga regelverket med max 75 dagar uppstämpling. Du måste, om du kan (vilket du inte kan), jobba heltidsveckor för att få fortsätta stämpla. I annat fall får du helt enkelt vara arbetslös på heltid. Dumt. Förr i tiden kunde jag arbeta som vikarie under tiden jag sökte ett heltidsarbete. Det var bra, för jag hade tid och möjlighet att gå på intervjuer. Jag fick inte heller några hål i mitt CV.

Jag kände mig oerhört kränkt på en sk rekryteringsträff. På Arbetsförmedlingens webb stod att att företag inom bemanning skulle rekrytera personal. Jag tänkte att det var en god idé att söka eftersom jag kommer att bli arbetssökande inte allt för långt fram i tiden. Jag undrar om det var så smart att slösa min tid, gå tidigare från jobbet och komma hem senare till familjen för det? I efterhand var det korkat. Jag kände mig kränkt. Hon dömde mig pga fetman. Spelade ingen roll att jag har nytvättat hår, är hel och ren. Jag såg hur hon tittade på mig och dömde mig innan jag ens fick komma fram och säga hej. Jag tänkte positivt och tänkte att nu ska jag vara trevlig och hövlig. Väl framme hos rekryteraren så fick jag veta att de enbart sökte någon för en fem veckors tjänst som skulle börja omgående och vara deltid. Hade jag vetat det hade jag inte ens gått dit.

Eftersom de är ett bemanningsföretag så frågade jag om de inte hade någon tjänst ledig från det datumet jag skulle behöva jobb ifrån. Hon ville inte ens ta emot mitt CV. Jag kände mig som stataren förr i tiden, ni vet de med mössan i hand, lätt böjt huvud för att visa att de står under i rang. Hon frågade kort vad jag gjorde, jag slätade över det jag gjorde med enkla medel, så att hon förstod att det var inom rätt område, men sa inte exakt vad jag jobbar med, bara i stora ordalag. Inte sa jag hur hög befattning eller sånt. I princip vet hon inget. Jag anpassade mig till den typen av jobb som annonsen hade utlovat om rekryteringsträffen. Men annonsen var inte sann, eller så ljög hon för att hon hade avsmak för människor som inte uppfattas vackra och vältränade. Jag har god intuition och tror på det senare. Hon var så ointresserad och dismissade mig omgående. Nej ni, det var verkligen bara vackra människor som de sökte. De var mer intresserade av de vackra paret och den vackra mannen som var före i kön. Även fast jag inte kunde ta det uppdraget de erbjöd. De var ju trots allt rekryterare! Nej, hon hänvisade till att de var där en annan dag för att rekrytera för annat. Suckar ödmjukast, kommer inte gå dit. Dels är det på arbetstid och för det andra vill jag nog aldrig gå via detta företaget igen. Hon hade sådan dålig attityd som fick mig att känna mig diskriminerad. Så kan det vara ibland.

Lite tilltufsad och lite putt gick jag därifrån. Jag som bara varit snäll och trevlig fick ett så “typ vi är inte intresserade”-attityd. Usch för den svenska arbetsmarknaden. Den tuffa andrahandsmarknaden med oss i visstidsanställningar, ointressanta för arbetsgivare? Men företagen tjänar enorma pengar på oss. Vi slavar för att få mat på borden. Vi slavar hårt. Men vi har inte semester. Vi har inte möjlighet att låna pengar. Vi kan inte planera semestrar. Vi kan inte göra vad vi vill. Och Fredrik Reinfeldt må va “bättre” än Romney, men han för en skitdålig politik i vilket fall. Fredrik bara försämrar allt. Och arbetsmarknadens parter – är inga parter – utan bara en part – arbetsgivaren. Arbetsgivaren sätter villkoren för arbetsmarknaden och ingen annan.

Jag läste idag om Henrik, en kille som flyttade 103 mil för ett visstidsjobb på sex månader… som pga att han bröt handleden förlorade helt pga “arbetsbrist”, fastän de egentligen söker arbetskraft…. det kallar jag dålig stil. Man får inte vara med om olyckor. Man får inte vara sjuk. Man får inte ens vara ful. Man får än mindre vara fet. Vad är det för en sjuk svensk arbetsmarknad? Vad är det för fel på svenska samhället? Sjukt är vad det är. Människor borde få duga och vara precis som de är.
