So what is the cartoonist agenda?

In Todays Aftonbladet.se I read a Comic strip by Liv Strömqvist. It was named “Månadens moderat Februari…”. It is all about a fictiv Moderat party member that is all for no subsidy for the poor. However that Moderat never says anything about subsidy for the rich, such as RUT- and ROT-avdrag and more, things that benefit the rich really. So the cartoonist writes arguments against it and takes quotes that the Moderat has done about social welfare and replaces the word with RUT-tax-deduction instead.

Well, what does she want to do with this? No matter what her agenda is, it can be used both ways. It is both propaganda for the rich that benefit from the Moderat politics, that will indeed increase the people that have everything to have even more. Reversed Robin Hood politics. Take from the poor and give to the rich, just like all the rich really need, don’t you think?

Then there is the other stand point, the poor or the semi-poor can see that they are really just making the rich richer. It is sad that the rich need RUT-avdrag should only be given to the poor and semi-poor? Or will the greedy rich then start having black work force (in Sweden the non tax paying work force are called black, since the colour black is really for “darkness”, “bad”, “criminal” and so forth, not to be mistaken for skin colour, so you all know). White work force includes everyone that works and pays taxes, so you get the drift that it is not about colour of skill. It is about illegal and legal money. Black is illegal and white is legal, when we are talking about money. Black is non taxed and white is taxed money.

Comic strips are also a way to visualise the world and power structures. You can also make comic strips to critic the world.

Can your computer be bugged?

Many computers today have build in microphones and cameras. They can of course be highjacked and people can both see and hear you easily. So when I today read about people  wondering if Skype is bugged I would like to say YES it is. I experienced that a couple of years ago. When I was talking to person sometimes the image disapeared and it was someone else in the screen for just a few seconds during interference. The party I was talking to also saw the same person in description. So my advice about Internet is, if it can be bugged, it likely is an object for being bugged. Expect your computer to be bugged at any time. I do not need Microsoft to answer such a question, that a group (reportrar utan gränser=reporters without boarders) of users are doing, according to DN.se. Your computer can be bugged, it is very simple. I know it. If you didn’t know it, now you do. They do not even need skype, just your camera and microphone.

Östergötland is first on building tower green houses

An experimental house will be build in Sweden, in Östergötland. I presented this concept on my blog some months ago. It was presented in a YouTube-film. Now the first variant is being build in Östergötland. They are doing it to show how we can solve the food issue for a growing population in cities all over the world, according to NT.se.

I am welcoming this. We need to solve the space and food issue for countries all over the world with growing populations. Tekniska verken and Linköping University will be researching in this, should I call it “bio dome green house”. Plantagon is the Stockholm company making the plans for this green house.

Music – this song is about living in decaying neighbourhoods in Sweden

In this song he sings that the government does not give a fuck about us. He sings that the society isn’t fair. He sings that our lives are difficult. But he also sings that we cannot give up. He says that we may be tired and want to give up, but then he sings we shouldn’t give up. This song is about that he wants to save everyone in the neighbourhood. He sings that he believes that everything is corrupted there.

He sings about that drugs are common, but that they need to go away from that. He says that people (who they are I do not know) blame them. He says “Regeringen” fucks them. They say Svensson is closing their eyes. Svensson is the middle /average Swede.

It is a song by Unknown. It is named “Här i mitt kvarter”. The song is very critical to the government, the decay, the hopelessness in parts of the Swedish society. This song is a so called rap-song.

Expression through music is one way to reach an audience. Start the change. Join the mission of change to the better.

What is EU thinking in colouring substances of soda?

Sometimes I wonder what EU is thinking. They are thinking of forbidding candy colourings in any beverage with malt inside, according to the article in Expressen.se. In Sweden we have so-called “must” (julmust, påskmust). This is a malt beverage that we Swedes drink to food and more during christmas and easter. It is a tradition to drink that during these holidays. Beer is the only malt beverage in EU allowed to have colourings, according to Expressen.se.

I think it is strange that “Must” isn’t supposed to be allowed if beer is. What is the difference? If colourings are forbidden in some drinks, why not all? It is inconsistent to not forbid beer and soda to contain candy colouring too. Just saying.

EU should be consistent. And I do not mind if my soda or Must doesn’t contain colouring. Colouring is unnecessary. Just saying.

Coca-Cola has for a long time trying to compete with Must, just see all the ads during christmas in Sweden. However Julmust is a tradition in Sweden and hard for Coca-Cola to compete with. Are EU walking in the hands of Coca-Cola? Are lobbyists trying to chance traditions? Are  multi corporations trying to rule what the Swedish public should drink?

UPDATE 20130109:

According to Expressen.se today the Julmust is not threatened by the new rules. The simple thing is that Julmust does not contain malt, just malt aroma and that is not the same as the real thing. Thanks for that. However, colourings are not needed anyways in any drinks. As long as they taste good the colour is unnecessary in any soda.

Making phone calls on Facebook is like letting the devil listen to your private stuff

Facebook is letting the users phone each other now, at least in Canada, according to Expressen. Since Facebook stores all your posts and so, even the one you deleted are stored for some time (the question how long is yet to be answered). So I am thinking Facebook will store all your calls too… if not now, then later.

Do you really want Facebook to act police, storage manager and censouring manager to your life?

Does this Facebook possiblity open up for something else? Something dangerous (depends on your definition of it)? Do you want Facebook phones? Do you want Facebook to know what you buy and when you buy it? Just pay with Facebook credits… Hmmm….  A Facebook mobile phone would make it possible for Facebook to listen in to your everyday life (mobile phones can be listend into if you didn’t know, even when you are not making a phone call). And a mobile phone would make it possible for Facebook to know where you are. Also today there are already functions in mobile phones that make it possible to pay in the stores with that application technology. A Facebook phone could have that as well… really Facebook could very well be the coproration “ruling” the world. I hope not. There is however one solution. Leave Facebook. Meet people IRL instead.
