Had to shop something

Do you remember that I talked about having a stereo broken by my pet? Well, I have now bought a new stereo. It is not a CD-exchanger with casette-tapes and radio, like the old one, since they are not really not possible to buy other than used. I have another casette player, so I do not mind. Well, this one plays USB-sticks, radio och CD’s in different formats. It is a awsome small stereo, very different looking. I had to buy it from another EU country. I paid in advance over the banking system… so it was a wild thing to order something from abroud that way. Would I get any equipment? Well, of course I did. And the crown is valued high so with shipping it wasn’t expensive at all. It was rather cheap. And I am guessing noone else in Sweden has a similar stereo, the design is just so wonderful. Suiting for an artist like me. So now I finally can play my music without using the TV or computer. Sometimes I do have to shop electronics, even though I do not want to shop. But if something is broken I do shop, if I need the product. 

The car is also fixed. It cost me 6000 sek from my savings, but the three errors in the car are fixed. All other things are just cosmetics. Hoping the insurance company fixes the buckle on behalf of the old women that made it. That is the only fair thing to do. 

I also have a service coming up on the car…. that costs a lot… oh mine… money is pooring like rain. My pockets are getting drained. I am glad I have saved for these rainy days whilst I did work full-time. 

I have cleaned a little today, things that seldome get cleaned. I have cleaned the windows in front of the house, so that my view overlooking the world is clean so to speak. 

Well. I am satisfied with my contribution to the world today. I have now created even more paintings. I am thinking that I perhaps could even fill up the portfolio. Who knows? Well, I have at least reached my goal and added some, so there are no musts anymore. 

I just need to dare to seek someone up to ask then to exhibit them? Who knows… I must dare and sometimes I am shy. So weather or not if I’ll do it I do not know. Strange. I can talk to anyone that doesn’t know my name. But when putting myself out there… then I need to get more curage. 

 

 

Mobile phones should be forbidden in all schools in Sweden – Gör skolor mobilfria nu!

I happen to think that mobile phones shouldn’t be allowed in any elementary schools. Why? Since many children have developed an addiction to Internet media and social forums. Even if that is not what they are doing, they can still be addicted to music and film and games in their mobile phones. By allowing children to use these gadgets in class the society is creating a problem for future addicted workers, that instead of concentrating on work can endanger the whole society. Imagine a doctor being more interested in social forum replies than screening their patients. Imagine a power plant worker paying more attention to social forums than the machines its supposed to watch over. Imagine a parent spending more time on social forums than with their child.

By allowing children to use the gadgets all the time we are in fact allowing an addiction to take form. I happen to see that children using these mobile phones are more distracted, more disobedient, show less respect(sometimes none), listen less to adults and run around and try to keep the phone even though being told to put it away.

Some children do not listen to their teachers when they want them to put away their phones and work with school assignments. Does the society want adults and children that are more focused on their mobile phones than the real world? Are such people even interesting in the future? Do you want to employ such a person? If not, then why are we allowing kids in Swedish schools to use mobile phones? Why are we allowing children to listen to music and not learning to sit quite and read and do school tasks? In some work places it is a hazard if someone listens to music in their headphones. So does this mean that music addicted will not be able to be employed in those jobs? Perhaps.

What about the social forum addicted? Can they be employed in, let’s say a place, that should be very restrictive with online activities? Perhaps it would be even a threat for the work place if they got the work place online on social forum pages? We cannot trust social forums, they are run by privately owned companies.

Teachers all over Sweden are being photographed, filmed and so on and some children even put the images online. Who wants to be a teacher with no integrity? This violation is being done by children that are online and do not know the risks of online activities, nor do they know of what type of laws there are breaking. So what should teachers in Sweden do?

Some children are even being bullied for not having a smart phone. What kind of message are we sending to future generations? I happen to think schools with no gadgets are more harmonic and reliable for me as a parent and for my kid. I do not my kid to be photographed, filmed or bullied for not having a smart phone. The solution is NOT to give a phone. The solutions are that schools forbid them.

Kids that do not have anything might even go into criminality just because they do not have a smart phone. There is a big risk we turn kids into criminals by allowing phones in school. Some kids might steal from each other. I know this is happening already all over Sweden. Poor kids or adults taking a stand against children using technology are being targets for having their children being bullied. What a fucked up world indeed.

They should forbid mobile phones in schools. Perhaps parents want the kids to have phones, but I am thinking they should not. Teachers work environments and kids work environments are being disturbed by all these mobile phones. Some kids run around and play music loud and play games instead of studying. Why are Swedish schools even allowing such behavior?

I think all mobile phones and surf pads, i.e. Ipads and such should be forbidden. Not even teachers or children in Swedish schools overall have the knowledge of such technologies and their impact on society. The mobile phones and other similar devices disrupt the kids behavior and the children are not learning in school. Why isn’t the government doing anything?

Forbid it now. Integrity is being violated each day in Swedish schools. Children are being filmed, photographed even when they say no. Parents and teachers are being filmed even if they do not want. Remove all possibilities for private recordings in school. Do not let Swedish children have mobile phones.

Imagine every child having their own phone. Children’s brains take damage from all that. What about the teachers? Is their health nothing worth? Imagine all the radiation around them. Also all teachers can be surveillanced with the mobile phones in class.

I think this is overall just bad. Forbid it now. Legislate. Remove mobile phones from school. Do we allow children to bring their X-box? No. Do we allow them to bring stereos? No. Do we allow children to bring cameras? No. So why mobile phones? They contain gaming, Internet, social forums, cameras, stereos.

What has happened? Is all the world blind?

The Ipod hell of today’s youth

My pet that is still zero years old and sometimes a menace did break a lot in the beginning. Clumsy so to speak. One thing it did break was the stereo. I took the time to take it apart, but I haven’t gotten the knowledge to repair mechanical stuff… I however know two that might… one is my biological father… but I do not dare to ask him. I would have to travel to far… and I do not have the latest phone number. And I do not know when I will go there next time, then perhaps I could ask… Well. Another person, that actually fixed an earlier version of a stereo, I haven’t really been in contact with for to many years. Feels strange to call them up.
I could also could take it to a repair office… but I do not think they even have parts to it. So is it even possible to buy such an item today? No. I have to buy parts and that becomes expensive. I could buy a mini stereo, but then I would have to change CD. I could buy a stereo set to the TV and use the Blueray to play records. But that is not an option. The TV set must be playable even if I choose to have a record on whilst I am watching a Blueray disc. No so that is not on option… the only option I then can think of amongst the ones I was looking for is a fucking DJ-player. What the? Why do only the professionals these days use CD exchangers? I know why. Todays youth are all for illegal downloading, which I am not. They also have everything electronically, even the legal downloads. So they have Ipods… not that our family doesn’t have a Ipod. I actually gave that as a birthday present to my partner. But when the partner is off… so is the Ipod. And I don’t want to waste money on a Ipod. I do not even have my music in electronic form. I am old-fashioned this way. A CD or DVD is a disc. In the car I was used to having a changer, as well as home. But then the pet broke it… by clumsiness. So well. Perhaps I will ask my father to have a look… when ever I happen to be in his hometown.
