A day in the park

I have painted a day in the park with the computer. One of my many talents. This is just a simple drawing. It is a painting of a winter day out in the park.
I have applied for over a hundred jobs
I have made more than a hundred job applications prior to today. I don’t feel so much for the most of the jobs. I know nothing about the work places. I only know what the ad says they want. That is about it. The work places seldom really say what I really want to know. What type of leadership do they have? What are the colleagues like? What type of humor do people have? What kind of values do they have? Is the environment open or enclosed? What type of people are really working there? Even if I would ask I do not think that the answers always would be true. I think people do as they do on Facebook. They lie and give the perfect version of themselves. I don’t think that work applications are any truth to the persons either. I rather not say I am this or that. I say what I have done and if that is not good enough, then perhaps the place isn’t either?
The work ads are not really made the way I would like them to. I want to know about the place, what type of environment it is and what type of people work there. Then I would like to have the possibility to say no thank you without the government taking away the a-kassa. However on this point unemployed have to take a full-time offered job. Nobody is forced to take a part-time job according to the rules.
However the type of “work” mostly offered is trial employment, that really is a shitty form of employment. You have no rights. They do not even need to give you a reason if they do not want you anymore. On a project job they will have to pay you no matter what. Project jobs are a better form of employment.
The work market inn Sweden isn’t easy. You have to be “lagom”, regular Joe or Anne are wanted. “Fit in” is the key word. In my world that is “play theater”. Social skills they call them, the skills that not all of us can meet, even though being nice and honest and reliable. Sweden doesn’t want that type of worker. You should all be molded into a certain shape and “fit in”. It is not an easy work market. It is not enough that you are nice or skilled, those are not the criteria on this work market.
Since it is very difficult to find a nice work place it would be better if the unemployed had sites on the net where they advertise their skills and the work places had to apply to them in order to get colleagues. This way the unemployed wouldn’t have to apply for jobs they do not get anyway. There are CV databases, but I am not talking about that. I am talking about another way of finding workers. Let the jobs come to the workers instead. Let the workers be able to say no. This would indeed change the balance I think.
I am proud of Swedish toy stores
I am very proud of our Swedish toy stores that dare to use sex neutral images in toy catalouges. So when foreigners in other countries say they do not like them I think they are not gender neutrally friendly. I think you should be able to choose what you like, no matter what gender you have. Your gender shouldn’t say if you may use certain toys or not. I think the world is upside down and going in the wrong direction when kids cannot choose any toy of their choice. In order for a kid to be able to choose a toy of their choice they need the option. To let the child choose is to present ideas. This is eaxctly what gender neutral photos in toy catalouges do.
I think all countries that do not understand equal rights should reconsider and learn from Sweden. I think all countries should stop labling kids and adults to a specific gender. It’s just stupid to limit a person to a gender.
I think showing children all options are available is making the children understand that they can play with any toy they like. So when other countries say it is indoctrination, brainwash and so on, according to SVD.se, I think they are stupid. The countries that say so they are the ones brainwashing children into stereotypes. By having gender neutral toys and options children learn they are NOT LIMITED to a idea of gender. This can create geniouses. Imagine how many women you other countries with gender limit by labling the women to certain tasks.
You are wrong – and Sweden is a role model in having gender free toy catalouges. Just saying.

This is why we should not have nuclear power
The accident at Fukushima the other year during the Tsunami has really made nature suffer. 40 procentage of all Fukushima fish is radioactive and uneatable, according to DN.se.
I happen to think that is so sad. Why should nature suffer from poision because of humans? When we use dangerous chemicals we are making nature suffer. Nuclear is a dangerous substance that we have not learned to control, nor storage safely. Mother nature forces are so much more unpredicatable so we humans cannot create technology around nuclear to cover all incidents that can happen. Can we even make storage last forever until the radioactivity is gone? I think we do not have that knowledge. I think we should use solar power and water power and other ways that do not leave traces in nature forever in a nature catastrofical event. Other type of technology just gets broken and doesn´t poison the nature when it breaks. That is much more sustainable than trying to tame the beast. Nuclear is like a untamable beast. We shouldn´t play God trying to tame something that clearly is not ours to tame. By doing these things we play God on mother nature. We are not God. We are like a parasite. Mother nature and all life suffers because of us humans. I think it´s wrong. Our modern life is wrong in many ways. We should legislate so that nuclear isn´t allowed anymore. And so that chemicals in food isn´t allowed in food anymore, like is is today. If you check the food ingridients they often contain a component named “lecitin”, it can be like soya or something else. Soyalecitin is soya beans boiled in gasoline. They extract the lecitin when boiling the soya beans. A ingredient you do not need if you make the food yourself. So why should ready made food have that? They do it to make the food lack ice crystals I have been told. Stupid. You could see it as you eat gasoline. That is allowed… but nuclear poisoned fish isn´t. I happen to think any stuff like that is as dangerous. Our bodies are not created to eat gasoline.

Man got threats for his skin colour for playing a part in a play
I think it´s bad when a man cannot be part of a play at a theater no matter what skin colour he or she has. However a man, with a Swedish name, but Indian looking looks, got, according to Aftonbladet.se, threats. They said that he was destroying the Strindberg legacy for beeing part of the play.
I think that anyone should be able to play any role in any play. I don´t mind if different ethnic looks play traditionally Swedish parts. What is the problem? It´s the acting that is the important thing, not the colour of the skin.
I think it´s so sad. The Indian looking actor has a Swedish name and I am guessing he is Swedish and might be adopted or partly Swedish. It´s sad that some people cannot accept that people have different ethnic looks.
I am so happy my child is perfect
I have allways diciplined my child by telling the child what not to do and what to do. I always correct misbehavior by telling the child whenever it´s doing something annoying or disturbing someone elses piece. This doesn´t mean that my child doesn´t scream or have a will of it´s own. Actually it has. My child even understands cause and effect. The child can understand other children easier and is a observer, a smart one. Adapting to the environment. I sometimes observe my child with other children and try to figure out what is going on inside the mind. I sometimes feel proud of the activity inside my childs head. I have gotten a smart child, much smarten me I would believe, but it´s to early to tell.
I treat my child as a adult in many ways. My child can come along with me anywhere I go, except for work. I let the child experience all my things. The child gets wordly knowledge and I think that is making the child smarter. My parents did the same. They took me along anywhere. I think it´s smart to include them and not exclude them. But I also demand lonelyness. A child should feel okey beein alone in their room playing on their own. I think that children that can do that and play with other children too have more diversity. I think it´s important not to allways have entertainment. My child doesn´t watch TV. But my child plays with the computer. Dancing and singing are joys. Learning programs on the computer. That´s about it. I don´t let a TV inside the childs room, but a computer is okey.
Well, my child has started day care and my child is the calmest child with the best behavior. Imagine that! I am so proud. I hope the good behavior continues… but with people there are no guarantees. Some children turn bad no matter what. One can only do the best one can and hope for the best.
