There are companies that send one letter to you once they receive your applications. One company especially has made one mail to both promote “job coaching services” and say thanks for applying and then informing you that if you are not one of the once they go forward with they really won’t have any more contact with you. Note you cannot even call them. If you want to get in touch with them you have to mail them to a special mailbox.
They have surely unpersonalized the applications and the process of them. You are just one robot among all other unemployed uninteresting robots. Probably you are just a small step away from delete on your application that you have spent time to make.
For each job I have to spend time searching and then spend time writing the application and then proofreading the application. I am sure it at least takes 15 minutes per application, sometimes more. How much do they spend? Surely not more than the time looking at the application and clicking delete. The response letter is automated.
I think we are in inhumane society and the doors are clearly closed to many unemployed. We are obligated to apply for the jobs, that we in the end seldome get hence the competition is very hard. I saw a video on YouTube with a girl. She said one job she applied for got 1500 applicants. That isn’t much of a change, is it?
And getting these bulk mail clearly makes my effort boring. I wish I had a spam bot so I just could spam out my CV bulk. The companies seem to be like bots, inhumane by sending one automated mail up on your application saying everything at once. Effective? Yeah, most likely. Money saving? Yeah. Inhumane? Yeah.

The fun thing is that all the Swedish letters are missing in the letter. Why this is, I have no idea. Probably bad testing on their system I am guessing. Incompetent people at work so to speak.
