Arbetsförmedlingen, med uppgift att hjälpa sökande få jobb och att utöva “gestapo” åt Svenska staten skickar hånfulla inbjudningar, kallelser och platsanvisningar till arbetssökanden. Arbetssökanden förväntas ta emot inbjudningar och platsförslag till företag som en gång gett dem sparken. Förstår ni vilket hån och hur jobbigt detta är för arbetssökanden? Detta är för att det inte är bara handläggaren som skickar dessa saker. Handläggaren kanske har mer information om den sökanden som kanske sökanden inte vill ska stå. Det gör det möjligt för de arbetssökande att återuppleva traumatiska händelser och åter igen hamna i förnedringen. Därför är Arbetsförmedlingen arbetsförnedringen för många arbetssökanden. Arbetslösa behandlas som slavar, inte som individer med känslor.

Hate love relationship to Search engines
I use search engines, hence I have to, otherwise Internet doesn’t work. I write about the information technology hence I am nestled into it. I have a hate love relationship with the Internet. One of my best friends makes stuff for you so you can use technology even more. Many of my friends do. And some I even write shit about. Hence I understand what they are doing and why, but still I do not like how the implementations are made, not how they affect us. I am like a twisted old tree not wanting to move with the wind, but to put my roots further into the ground. I am not like the youth of today, easy like grass going whereever the wind blows. Perhaps I am like a old tree, I know more I understand more. Hence they are just small and young and innocent and have no idea that they are no Homo Sapiens like I. They are indeed IT sapiens and they are being breed into the net. They are almost connected like a neural network. Dangerous since their intergrity is lost at birth by DNA in Sweden. Hence the PKU register takes their blood and puts it all in a bio bank. No choice. Convicted to survaillance from the beginning. Connected to a beast of technology. Addicted from a young age. Poor children of tomorrow.
The children of tomorrow are forced into the beast of technology. They have no choice. Only a few parents try to protect them from the technology. They are the only wise ones. The society however works against parents that want to protect their children from technology.
Imagine not being able to do even one thing without technology…. what a strange world.
Some organisations and corporations are no better than old time slave owners
One could think that we, the workers, are nothing more than slaves. Slaves to the money system ruling the world economy. One could say we are money slaves. Slave labour for money. In the news we constantly have to read about workers not getting paid, not getting enough money to survive on by just working regular hours, workers that only can afford crappy living, workers locked in to the factories and so on. In Asia there are a lot of conditions that are bad, both in living quarters and health care and food and so on. Many live in dirt and sickness. Some risk their life every day. For what? To make corporations even richer? To make shareholders even richer? To make nations even richer? Richer on what? The blood, sweat and tears of the workers. In some cases even the workers death, sickness and so on. What for? Cheap stuff? For you and for me? Why??? Is it really worth it?
Are you a slave to stuff? What if everything was gone tomorrow? What would you have then? Ask yourself. Is all this really worth the suffering of others? All the stuff doesn’t just make workers be slave. They enslave you, the worker here, to, you have to work in order to buy all the stuff.
There are problems in my country too. More and more jobs are temp jobs, where you cannot live on the money you make. In todays Partiledardebatt on SVT2 they talked about the fact that people are more in unsure unemployment. This is true and has been my reality for far to long. It stresses me economically. It stresses my everyday life. Imagine not having a vacation more than four times in 20 years. That is my reality. Vacation is nothing I know of. I would like to have it, but I cannot. In Sweden people who are unemployed have to pay for their vacation days themselves. If you take vacation from work applications and interviews then you have to be without money. You are allowed to have non paid vacation. Unemployed belong to low-income-sector with the Alliance ruling. This means that there is no money to save to get a vacation. Even if you just go to the country cottage that someone you know lends you, you can still get letters to attend Arbetsförmedlingen or an interview or something like this. If you do not attend you loose your a-kassa (unemployment insurance). There are many rules like this. Thanks to the Gestapo way of authorities people should be chained to their homes during unemployment. Chained to the regular mail box.

The Swedish system is unfair, unjust and Sweden is the land of shit when it comes to unemployment. Also there is a stigma over unemployment, that there is something wrong with unemployed people, even thought there is not. But getting told this every time in media by politicians and others makes people believe it. Trying to get a job from a lower position isn’t easy. First many people apply for the available jobs. There are at least 10 applicants per position. 9 cannot get a job. So there are not jobs for everyone.
Starting own companies is one way to create jobs. However this means going into debt for most. I hate debt, I already have student loans and loans for my living quarters, I do not need more. Therefore I do not start any company. I risk loosing my only income if I do. A-kassa.
I work as a temp. They call me when they need me. I never know when or what I will do. It is a surprise every day.
In todays Affärsliv I read about this system for workers… the temp jobs. They say in the article that this system with temp jobs by hours is no better than in the old days when a “brukspatron” chose who was going to work that day or not. They also write that people cannot plan their lives when they work this way. That is causes stress for the permanent workers to have to train the temps each time. The costumers also have to get used to a new face each time.

I agree with Affärslivs article. It is hard, you cannot plan and I agree some of us do not make enough money on the temp jobs. Reality for many. At least I get “semesterersättning” (vacation money paid in money) each time I work. Some get 12 or 13 % extra on the hourly wages. This money is paid for vacation. You have to save it if you want vacation. Temps can have vacation if they make enough money.. but there is the problem. As a temp you are usually lower paid then the regular workers. So perhaps you have to use all the money to survive. This is the way many of us live. And Fredrik Reinfeldt and Anders Borg are part of the system that has made it harder for temp workers to survive. They have made temps poorer. How? They have made the limit of maximum 75 days to “stämpla upp” (stamp up) to full-time with the unemployment insurance (a-kassan).
I say: They should remove the 75 day rule. People must be able to work. Workers must be able to survive on their income.

Arbetsförmedlingen in Sweden are cruel to the unemployed and treat them like life stock
Yepp, that could as well be the title. After reading Expressen.se I feel like we, the unemployed, in Sweden are treated with threats about loosing a-kassa. Even on the obligatory “AF-möte” (Meeting for newly registestered as unemployed) they threat you. It´s like everyone that doesn´t hold a job is in jail. In house arrest. You are not allowed to travel. You are not allowed to be unavailable within any hour. You are not allowed to not check email every day. You are not allowed to not check regular mail every weekday. You are allmost not worth not doing anything. So if you don´t have a computer you are expected to lend one.
If you never sent and email, you are expected to start. They don´t say it, but they treat you accordingly. They however say that if you do not come to a meeting at AF if they call you they unlist you from a-kassa. That is a fact and something given as a threat at the first group meeting at AF.
So, now you know. You are treated like a slave. We are no different than the “liveegna” a couple of hundred years ago in Sweden.
So when I read in Expressen.se that a man that lost a relative and was in mourning didn´t apply for a job that the AF told him too they demanded back all his a-kassa from the first day! 144000SEK. A lot of money for a unemployed.
He lost in court. Death in the family wasn´t a reason to not have a service related job they said in court. The man wanted his lawer from the union to take it to a higher instance. He was going too, but was pretty much unreachable and he didn´t do it before the date for an application for a new trial had ended. He did not appeal. So no he had no chance in getting the money dispute won. All this in Expressen.se.
A regular Joe or Anne is left out in the dark. Not even the union could be trusted. What kind of world are we living in? A cold harsch reality lead by a even colder politician – Fredrik. His politics pervades the entire country badly.
Arbetslösa i Sverige behandlas som livegna. Till och med vid första gruppmötet med Arbetsförmedlingen hotas de arbetslösa. Det är som de beter sig som fångvaktare på AF. Istället för en trevlig relation med sina handläggare är många arbetslösa rädda för sina handläggare och säger så lite som möjligt. Om du inte söker anvisade jobb, oavsett om de är olämpliga för dig eller inte, så stängs du av från a-kassan. Jag har en gång blivit hänvisad ett jobb hos arbetsgivaren som nyss låtit ett antal gå (jag inkluderad). Hur sjukt är det? Jag ringde och skrek åt handläggaren som skickat anvisningen och frågade om hon hade någon som helst intelligens alls. Ni kan ju gissa om hon kände sig som en idiot. Men det är så det är. Jag har många gånger ringt och frågat vad de håller på med. En gång hänvisades jag jobb i krigsindustrin, jag skulle tillverka vapen. VA? Jag är ju vapenmotståndare. Hur hade de tänkt ut det? Skulle jag tvingas jobba med att uppfinna förbannade vapen? Ni fattar. Jag säger vad jag tycker. Jag frågar ibland, menar ni att jag måste söka jobbet? Ja, det måste du. Jaha, men då skriver jag att ni tyckte det, där är ju liksom sant. Jag skriver också att jag är emot vapen. Då hotar handläggaren i telefon mig med att hon ska avanmäla mig om jag skriver en sån ansökan! VA? Jag får inte ens vara ärlig i ansökan. Hon uppmanar mig att ljuga. AF uppmanar mig att ljuga! Förstår ni?
Nåväl att idag läsa Expressen.se och läsa om en kille som blev avstängd från a-kassan för att han inte sökte ett anvisat jobb, notera ett jobb som var olämpligt för honom då han befann sig i sorg och inte klarade av att jobba i ett serviceyrke just då. Han överklagade, förlorare och sedan överklagade inte juristen åt honom i tid, står det också i webbtidningen. Unionens jurist lämnade honom vind för våg. Osjysst. Han var ju visst till arbetsmarknadens förfogande, det vara bara ett jobb som inte var lämpligt för honom just då. Nu har han jobb, men är pga allt detta sjukskriven. Stackars kille. Jag hoppas a-kassan drar tillbaka återkravet. Det är inte lätt och hosta fram 144000SEK sådär.
