Sverige är ett sjukt land

Det finns mycket konstigt i Sverige. Sverige är riktigt sjukt och det är dags att Sverige blir medicinerat, för så här kan inte svenska samhället fortsätta utvecklas. Sverige har många cancersvultster i lagomhet, Jantelagar, etniska svenskar osv. Plocka fram lite cellgift och råd bot på bristen på olikheter och mångfald.

Ett tecken på att Sverige är sjukt är att fler invandrare, dvs icke etniska svenskar, är arbetslösa.

Ett ytterligare tecken på att Sverige är ett sjukt land är bristen på mångfald på svenska arbetsplatser. Med detta menar jag unika individer, inte etnisk härkomst. Det är brist på tolerans för “olika”. Alla är stöpta i en och samma form till sättet. De är som ja-sägande tysta intetsägande robotar.

Ett tredje tecken är att svenska platsannonser efterfrågar social kompetens, istället för att i klartext säga vad de egentligen vill ha, tysta, ja-sägande robotar a la lagom.

Ett fjärde tecknen är Jantelagen, “du ska inte tro du är något”. Du ska fan inte va bra på något i Sverige, för då blir folk avundsjuka och pissar revir och försöker peta bort dig. Du ska låtsas som du inte är bäst helt enkelt, fastän du vet att du är bäst…

Ett femte tecken på svenska sjukan är ord som “lagom” som bara existerar i ett sjukt samhälle som Sverige.

Sverige är helt enkelt sjukt och svenska folket spelar charader och kväser sina personligheter i tron om att “fall i led” och vara “perfektionen”. Det är sjukt. Helt sjukt. Så att Sverige har massor av självmord är väl inte så konstigt? Det är sjätte tecknet på sjukdomen Sverige lidit av i årtusenden.

Sjunde tecknet är att Sverige straffbeskattar sjuka, arbetslösa och pensionärer med högre skatt.

Åttonde tecknet är att Sverige kallar “invandrare” för “mångfald”, men det handlar ju bara om gener. Det finns ingen mångfald, bara “omgjorda invandrare”, de ser “invandrade” ut men är svenskifierade robots (de som får jobb alltså). Verklig mångfald, dvs olikheter lyser med sin frånvaro på svenska arbetsmarknaden bland de som jobbar. Jag lovar dig. Se bortom yttre attribut och du skall vakna. Öppna era ögon.

Tyvärr kan den här listan fortsätta länge, länge. Mitt råd till Sverige är att växa upp och sluta ha inflation i ord som lagom, social kompetens, etniska svenskar, “tro inte du är något”, perfektion, jobbskatteavdrag osv. Sverige är ett sjukt samhälle och statskiktet är ett symptom på den egoism som råder i robotlandet Sverige.

Om du tycker Sverige är friskt – då kan inte du vara riktigt frisk. Sorry. Jag tycker om att vara elak ibland.

I have applied for over a hundred jobs

I have made more than a hundred job applications prior to today. I don’t feel so much for the most of the jobs. I know nothing about the work places. I only know what the ad says they want. That is about it. The work places seldom really say what I really want to know. What type of leadership do they have? What are the colleagues like? What type of humor do people have? What kind of values do they have? Is the environment open or enclosed? What type of people are really working there? Even if I would ask I do not think that the answers always would be true. I think people do as they do on Facebook. They lie and give the perfect version of themselves. I don’t think that work applications are any truth to the persons either. I rather not say I am this or that. I say what I have done and if that is not good enough, then perhaps the place isn’t either?

The work ads are not really made the way I would like them to. I want to know about the place, what type of environment it is and what type of people work there. Then I would like to have the possibility to say no thank you without the government taking away the a-kassa. However on this point unemployed have to take a full-time offered job. Nobody is forced to take a part-time job according to the rules.

However the type of “work” mostly offered is trial employment, that really is a shitty form of employment. You have no rights. They do not even need to give you a reason if they do not want you anymore. On a project job they will have to pay you no matter what. Project jobs are a better form of employment.

The work market inn Sweden isn’t easy. You have to be “lagom”, regular Joe or Anne are wanted. “Fit in” is the key word. In my world that is “play theater”. Social skills they call them, the skills that not all of us can meet, even though being nice and honest and reliable. Sweden doesn’t want that type of worker. You should all be molded into a certain shape and “fit in”. It is not an easy work market. It is not enough that you are nice or skilled, those are not the criteria on this work market.

Since it is very difficult to find a nice work place it would be better if the unemployed had sites on the net where they advertise their skills and the work places had to apply to them in order to get colleagues. This way the unemployed wouldn’t have to apply for jobs they do not get anyway. There are CV databases, but I am not talking about that. I am talking about another way of finding workers. Let the jobs come to the workers instead. Let the workers be able to say no. This would indeed change the balance I think.

Sweden – the land of shit

I wish my parents never would have immigrated to Sweden. Sweden is a bad country for immigrants in every sense. It´s a discriminating country that acts democratic and of course it tries to be democratic.

However Sweden has failed in many ways, even though beeing a country for democracy on the paper. Sweden fails to integrate newly arrivals into Swedish language, traditions and work places. Sweden fails in so many ways. The poor get poorer and often it can be poor people without safety networks that can be immigrants. Often many immigrants get the low end jobs, with poor saleries. It can be jobs important for the society services, like cleaners, assistant nurses, bus drivers, taxi drivers, truck drivers, food market workers etcetera. Many times jobs like cleaners are not payed more than 12 000 SEK before taxes per month. That is what a “kollektivavtal” would give as salery in fact. I happen to know this as a fact. With low saleries you end up in the suburbs were a majority of the Swedes themselves really don´t want to live.

Well, in Sweden there is very little “roof” for people that act differently than a Swede. Yes on paper we have freedom of speach, religion and such. Yes we do, but why do you think I blog anonymous? Think a little. Since if I do not blog anonymous people try to make my life a living hell. But still they try to do that anyways, since the government allways knows who the blogger is.

Well, anyways in Sweden you shouldn´t act as you think that you matter, because you don´t. If you are a worker you are expected to know you are replaceable at any time. If you are thinking that you are special, you are wrong. You should be “normal”, in Sweden they call it to be “lagom”. Sweden is the only language I know that has the word “lagom”. It´s a word that doesn´t mean enough, doesn´t mean to little, doesn´t mean average – it means when something is perfect. So when something is perfect, that is what the Swedes call lagom. Your life in Sweden should be lagom all the time. You should be lagom sociable, otherwise you are annoying. Your conversation should be “lagom” otherwise you are annoying ör unsocial. A Swede, that has been born into this, knows how to do this more often than non Swedes do. I am born in this damn country and still I do not know were the line goes one would think. Actually I do know, but that is not me. And I don´t wanna go around acting like I am somebody else all day long. So I am me. Therefor I stand out in the crowd. I am not looking for attention, I just get it anyway. I am not very much liked. People in Sweden get annoyed by me. I tell the truth. I don´t put cotton on my words. But I am not mean. I am not cruel that often, I can be cruel, but that is not my motto. We all can say the wrong words in the heat of the moment, so to speak. I am not Lagom… haha. I am not perfect, and because I am not – I am perfect in every sense. Hahaaha. Very unswedish of me to say so.

Well, I think that the working places don´t often even accept many workers. After all 500 000 unemployed live in Sweden. Only 50 000 of them can get a job. This means in fact that the Swedish employers can pick and choose. Many workers in Sweden go out on thair asses since someone didn´t think they fit into the Swedish Lagom-norm. In Sweden only the perfect robots get a job. That is not due to competens in work skills. No it´s your conversational skills that are under consideration. Your way of dressing. Your way of using words. Your way of beeing really. Nobody cares if you know how to do the job. You can even be the best in the world and if they then have a avarage to choose from that has all other skills that person would be more successful. Beeing a strange GURU only works if you are the best on such a level noone can compare and they have no other to choose from. That is Sweden in a nutshell.

Difficult, cold, looking for perfection, even though noone really is. They are just good at playing the part for “looks” and then they go home doing illegal piracy, fuch children or any other strange stuff you can think of. What I am trying to say is that even though someone might be this “lagom”-person they might be the devil underneath. The non lagom-person is probably Jesus. That is Sweden, know your animies.

I hate Swedens population in general. I hate the subway travellers. I hate a lot. I don´t really enjoy a majority of the population at all. But then there are those I admire, those I look up to. I wouldn´t live in Sweden for another day if a really nice place turned up offering a real job with real nice people. Then I would say: Fuck off Sweden, fuck off.

So if you can work anywere else – please do so. I cannot recommend working here. It´s very difficult to understand this culture, even when you are born here. But working with Sweden is easy. Just do as you say and keep your word in buisnesses and the Swedes allways keep their words, allways deliver and do it the ageed way. They are reliable. After all you allways know what to expect from robots. The perfect robots of Sweden – the Swedish lagom-workers.

However diversity? Well, you might have different looks on paper, but the avarage Swede blends in and doesn´t stand out in a avarage Swedish crowd. If they do, then they are not part of the “lagom”-team. Just saying.

Svenska arbetsplatser är sjuka

Jag har sett så många svenska arbetsplatser att jag vågar säga att mina påståenden är vetenskapliga. Jag vill påstå att mina studier i svensk mentalitet och svensk arbetsmarknad visar att svenska arbetsmarknaden är sjuk. Den svenska arbetsmarknaden är allt från jämlik och rättvis. Den har inte högt i tak och människor i alla dess former, kulturer och sätt att vara accepteras inte. Vi är i mina ögon inte ett mångkulturellt samhälle. Vi har inte lika möjligheter för alla. Okej, vi må har goda möjligheter för många. Vi må alla ha en chans på att nå drömmen, men sanningen är att drömmen är inte lika tillgänglig för oss alla.

Den som studerat pedagogik vet att vi behöver signifikanta andra för att ens veta att valet finns. Om alla du umgås med är drop-outs från skolan – hur ska du då veta att du har möjligheter?

Låt oss säga att du trots allt tar dig ur och går klart skolan. Skaffar dig en fin utbildning, vad har det för poäng om du inte har den rätta “stilen” och den rätta “attityden”. Nu säger jag inte att du inte har stil och attityd, för det har du säkert. Problemet är bara att i Sverige efterfrågas ofta en viss “lagomhet” och ett visst sätt att vara. Du ska inte tro du är någon. Du ska inte sticka ut. Ändå måste du tro på dig själv för att kunna lyckas, du ska bara inte visa det för någon. Du måste också sticka ut tillräckligt mycket på ex intervjun för att skapa intresse. Även ditt CV måste skapa intresse, din personlighet osv. Men samtidigt måste du vara “lagom” i alla bemärkelser. Du ska vara lagom mycket personlighet, men inte för mycket. Det här är en balansgång. Det räcker att du är från en annan samhällsklass så har ditt normset ändrats betydligt från de andras. Om du inte kommer från akademikerbakgrund så är det svårare att vara ett med de andra akademikerna på arbetsplatsen. Även om du är snäll och rar kommer de kanske reta sig på småsaker om du är lite för annorlunda.

Jag vet hur det är att vara annorlunda. Det spelar ingen roll att jag duktig och snäll. Folk tycker sig ändå har rättigheten att kommentera hur du talar till din chef. Och din chef känner att han har rättigheten att klaga på det åt dem. Tänk att inte få prata på det sätt du är van. Konstigt eller hur? Men så fungerar svensk arbetsmarknad. Är man lite annorlunda så kan du ge dig på att de retar sig på dig. Så hur mycket du än försöker… så kommer du sällan vara “en av dem” om du inte lär dig deras sätt att vara. Deras minspel, deras tråkiga ytliga väderkonversationer. Deras konstiga uppfattning att allt måste speglas. Spegling är när du repeterar vad den andra sagt… de tror tydligen annars att du inte lyssnat på dem. För mig kallar jag det ineffektivt. Onödig tid till spillo. Och so what om du alltid nämner personer under ett möte vid namn – det blir ju så mycket tydligare vem man åsyftar till i konversationen. Ingen kan säga att den inte förstod. Men sånt klagas det på, att du inte säger hon eller han. Skitfånigt. Svensk arbetsmarknad i ett nötskal har ingen acceptans för olika.

Jag är ganska trött på den svenska attityden och det inskränkta sättet att människor inte verkligen får vara helt olika. Svenska arbetsmarknaden är SJUK. Jag har många fler exempel, men detta får räcka för idag.
