Easter

In Sweden it is easter. I have vacumed half of the house. I didn’t feel like doing the rest right now. I have put myself on schedule for working next week. We’ll se if that goes through. Afterall it is easter holidays and perhaps there isn’t much work.

I painted our kid to the easter theme and dressed it likewise for kindergarten. Then I took a photo and sent it on to some relatives. The kid seemed happy being in a costume. Afterall, it is easter and both girls and boys dress up in Sweden.

Other Easters some kids also come by in the evening saying “Glad påsk” (Happy easter) and give a drawing they made and then they get candy or money.

I used to dress up with my friends, both boys and girls, and go around in the neighbourhood doing that. I got a lot of extra cash when I did that. It was good to do it since I lived a pretty poor life back then.

Well. We’ll see if the boys and girls in the neighbourhood ring the bell tonight. I have to buy some candy, so that I may give them some candy.

Today is called “Skärtorsdag” and according to Swedish tradition this is the day when “påskkärringarna” go to “Blåkulla”. (Easter witches goes to a place called Blue hill to meet other easter witches/magicians).

Bored

I know it is in the middle of the night. I am totally bored. I try to look for jobs… and already seeing the ads I know what a boring place it must be. The ads are mirrors of the working places and some are so up in the blue that noone can live up to their standards. Employers are aliens trying to find perfect slaves to make them swim in gold bath tubs of luxury. Employers have fooled the working class by letting them think they are free. In fact they are still slaves, just like the livegna were in the middle ages.

The working class are salary slaves coping from salary to salary. The working class are letting the rich get richer by each day. I think it is overall wrong that some have all the money and others just get tiny pieces even though they are the ones doing all the work.

Far from a majority of employers really value their workers. Some do, of course, but others (to many) do not really care. Most employers just want modern slaves that are like trained monkeys that do everything they wish. The employers have plenty to choose from and really do not care if the person can take the work load. The employers just take another when one is broken. I wonder how many generations this can continue?

There is something totally wrong with the world. I think the majority should rule and not any élite. I believe in absolute democracy, were everyone’s vote really counts. Public votes for decisions effecting your everyday life should be an obligatory event all over the world. However not many countries have. They are rare. Very rare.

Well. I would like to think of work places as small “countries”. Seldom they are democratic, they are more like run as dictatorship “countries” instead. Do you understand what is wrong with such and picture? shouldn’t the workers have more power? Shouldn’t the ones that carry the companies be the ones that rule? However it is not like the workers rule the world, no, some people on top in the companies rule. They have put them self up as Gods. Who made them God?

Regular people let them be on top, let’s change the rules. If we protest and go against this and no longer want to take the top ruling, something must change. Let’s change the world to a more humane place, were every vote counts. For real.

Authoroties in Sweden

Some authoroties, especially the important ones, are hard to reach. They do not answer their phones or you have to wait for sometimes 2 hours in cue to get any assistance. This clearly shows that they have problems with resources and the ones left to do the jobs have to strain themselves. However we should have gotten important paperwork in the beginning of this week and the paperwork has yet not come. This is a problem since the paperwork was due today. This means that the paperwork should have been sent by us yesterday. The authoroties are not doing their jobs and now our paperwork is to late.

I have tried calling and calling with not response. I will now have to go there personally, since the paperwork is very important that it is done in time. And one day past due date is not fine. If I do get any paperwork with me today, then the paperwork will be 3 days late… I am pretty pissed off. They should employ people instead of letting the ones working kill themselves in work overload. The Swedish government is stupid. 

I gained some knowledge and dreamed bad dreams

I gained some knew knowledge and my brain went hey wired. This in fact means I dreamed about what I had learned and tried to find solutions whilst sleeping. So I wasn’t especially relaxed by gaining the knew knowledge. I realized a lot of things and I also realized I was happy with not doing according to the knew knowledge, but at the same time disturbed. I cannot do it, I think I have done the best solution, but according to the knew knowledge I should really do it another way. However I find the new way very disturbing, even though I would like to…

I do not want to tell you what it was, since I do not want to show what new knowledge I have gained. But then again I am usually like that, going against the stream. Like Louise Hoffsten sings, only “Dead fish follow the stream”. I like doing it my own way, against the stream. But I like having the information to. Hehehe.

College in Sweden goes against Swedish legislation

I get worried having to read an article in SVD.se that stipulates that one college in Sweden has a policy that is in violation with Swedish legislation. The article explains that the college has a policy that all external communication coming out from the college must be agreed upon by all staff and all staff must stand behind the things communicated.

According to Swedish law, and the article, workers do not have to agree with their work places, just as long as they do their job. And also the article says all public employees have “meddelarfrihet” (message freedom) and therefore it is against Swedish law to say that all external communication from the college must be agreed up on.

I get scared when I see a college trying to put a “munkavle” on their personnel. It is very worrying indeed. Afterall, they are supposed to educate some the future leaders of Sweden. I do not think any learning institution should put a “do not tell” policy on any staff. Instead a educational institution should drive freedom of speech, freedom of the written word forward. I am wondering what is wrong with the staff when making such a policy? Employees must not agree or stand behind decisions a state institution makes. I wouldn’t stand behind such a decision that I am not allowed to communicate my opinion out in the open. This is some kind of censoring of employees. Many private companies do this all the time and I just think it is wrong. Whistle blowers shouldn’t be punished for informing the world about wrong doings in companies. Therefore the law must protect freedom of speech so that whistle blowers are allowed and companies cannot silence them. We need people to speak up when something is clearly wrong.

Got fired for doing the Harlem Shake

Some workers in a mine did the Harlem Shake (Internet phenomena) and got fired according to Expressen.se. It was 15 Australian mine workers that did the dance underground. Since they risked their safety, according to the company, they got fired, according to Expressen.se article.

Beware what you do online… it can risk almost everything.

Dogs not allowed to run loose anymore

According to Expressen.se Web-tv dogs are not allowed to run free away from owners (mum and dad) anymore. They are only allowed to be next to the owner without a leash. I think this is good. Some dogs are scary when they come running. Expecially being out with a small kid is the most scary thing. I cannot trust free running dogs. I hope that many will get fines, since they have dangerous dogs running free in many green areas. I do not even want to go to green areas because of the risk of loose dogs. I do not trust other peoples animals. They are unknown to me and I know nothing about the owner. So I welcome the new law.

Försäkringskassan wanted sick person to predict it’s death date

A 23-year-old man is sick in a non curable cancer, according to DN.se. When he wanted to return home from the hospital, his family applied for prolonged health insurance (sjukpenning). He was denied. “Ung Cancer” (an organisation named Young Cancer) helped him out and tried to find out what was wanted from the 23-year-old in order to get health insurance prolonged. The Försäkringskassan staff wanted a certificate with expected death date, according to the article in DN.se.

A doctor in Sweden wouldn’t write that down on paper. A doctor can never know when the patient will die. They are no soothsayer’s. How disparaging even having to think about death when dying, most people want to concentrate on living as long as possible. Inhumane Försäkringskassan is once more exposed to the public. Strange politics rule Försäkringskassan. The politicians chose the guidelines, this is very much a symptom of what kind of politicians we have.
