Same salary for same job should be normal

Anything else is abnormal. I think that same job=same salary. Same work tasks=same salary. Same effort with same competence=same salary. Same experience, same job, same work tasks, same competence=same salary. However the world is not build this way. Why isn’t it so? People with exactly the same competences and jobs and tasks in exactly the same organisations, companies and such. Some get more just because they have a dick between their legs. Isn’t it strange?

However a Skånish football league has given girls and boys the same salaries in the teams, according to Expressen.se. LB07 they are named. I think other football leagues should do the same. Footballers have among the most unequal salaries between men and women, according to Expressen.se. However some men didn’t wanna play along and they have left the team, according to Expressen.se.

The law should clearly stipulate this. I think women is being discriminated from same salary for same job. No one should accept that.

Some get a narrow perspective, however you can be in many different groups and get more perspectives on the Internet.

I went cold turkey away from technology overall a summer some years ago. It was a good experience. After that I am not addicted, I can be without. I was controlled by my addiction. Now I do not have to use the Internet. I think the environment around me had more problems with that than me. Many cannot even understand that I, who works on the front of technology, doesn’t want to use Facebook and Instagram. Well, I don’t, since I know how bad they are. I have connected the dots a long time ago. Afterall, I have worked with these technologies for a long time.

Nu erbjuder fackförbunden psykologhjälp, enligt SVD.se. Jag tycker det är bra, för alla företag är inte anslutna till Trygghetsråd. Och med dagens många tillfälliga anställningar så kvalificerar sig inte många till Trygghetsrådet. Som arbetslös har det varit en fördel att vara varslad och uppsagd från ett fast jobb jämfört med den som fått en provanställning avslutad eller slutfört sin projektanställning. Det finns olika slags arbetslöshet. De som ingår i Trygghetsrådet har tillgång till psykolog, kurser, nätverk och mycket annat. De som “bara” är arbetslösa har bara tillgång till statens version. Det innebär att utbildning är svårt att få om du inte tillhör en speciell målgrupp. Det betyder att du får gå till en sk. jobbcoach om du vill ha “nätverkshjälp”. Men ärligt talat är det mycket beroende av vem du träffar där, så är det inte på Trygghetsrådet. Det är skillnad på arbetslösa. Du är sämre utsatt om du inte tillhör första klassens arbetslösa. Första klassens arbetslösa har mer förmåner än vanliga arbetslösa. Det finns också graderingar inom första klassens arbetslösa. De som tillhör toppskiktet på första klassens arbetslösa är de som har inkomstförsäkring i 300 dagar, haft fast jobb så de kvalificerat till sig till inkomstförsäkringen. De har också försäkrat boendet och kvalificerat sig till det. Dessa arbetslösa var rikare från början och behåller sin rikedom genom arbetslösheten. De är också anslutna till TRR, för de har jobbat hos företag som betalat den avgiften. Sedan kommer nästa version. De som inte har några extra försäkringar, men har en inkomstförsäkring via fackförbunden och kollektivavtal. Sedan kommer de med bara fackförbundens inkomstförsäkringar och utan kollektivavtal. Efter det kommer de utan inkomstförsäkring och bara har allra högsta a-kassan. Sedan kommer de som har den sämre versionen av a-kassa, som sjunker procentuellt kontinuerligt. Sedan kommer de som inte ens får a-kassa eller KAS eller andra arbetslöshetsförsäkringar. Sedan kommer de som måste få socialbidrag. Ja, du förstår nog poängen. Jag skulle kunna gradera lite noggrannare.

Jag tycker det är bra att fackförbunden nu erbjuder psykologhjälp, för att bli uppsagd, varslad och annat som hör arbetslöshet till är inte lätt. Vidare lever många kvar på sjuka arbetsplatser eftersom de är rädda att byta jobb och bli “sist in” och riskera sitt levebröd. Många kan ha mobbing på jobbet, andra kan ha hemska stressiga arbetsförhållanden osv. Många har ingen de vågar prata med. Alla har inte råd att gå till psykolog. Och alla vill inte prata med vem som helst. En terapeut har tystnadsplikt. Jag tycker det är ett bra initiativ att de nu erbjuder psykologhjälp.

Children that seek asylum in Sweden don´t get any food at school…

…since they get money to get food for each day at home… oh mine. The contribution to a alsylum seeking family in Sweden isn´t much money, so why doesn´t the school just let the children eat? I heard this on SR (radio) P3 Nyheter this morgning and could also read about it in DN.se.

I think there is another reason for children to eat at school – the integration into the society. Why alienate the asylum seeking children further from society with such stupid money rules? Eating with class mates is important in order to feel part of all school activites. Who ever thought about the money didn´t think of children. Stupid rules. That´s all I am saying.

The Alliance politics reflects the cities they run

Stockholm city is ruled by the Alliance. Alliance rules Sweden. The top reflects the public. Fredrik Reinfeldts politics have clearly shown that the elite should be premiered. The Alliance wants young “elite researchers” to be sponsored. They have a lot of strange attitudes and they seem to prefer the rich and gorgeous in all their politics. Just see the reforms they are making.

The Alliance has given lower taxes to the rich and higher taxes to the poor. Twisted right? Well, the majority of the Swedish population likes these politics, the rich get more in their wallets and the poorer get poorer. Some even are driven to kill themselves. The persons that are to sick to get a-kassa and to healthy (but really they are not) to get sick leave. And if you cannot work you are not allowed to have welfare. So in some cases the persons end up with no money and are driven to homelessness….

Well, now the Alliance ruled city of Stockholm has premiered the elite schools, the teachers there got 4,3 procentage of pay raise and in the schools, where the students have not gotten enough grades and test results, they teachers get less pay raise, 3,7 procentage, according to Aftonbladet.se.

The Alliance are very strange and only seem to continue premiering the rich. I think that Sweden should stop giving the rich more money and take more money from them. The poorer have it even worse now than before. Swedens welfare system is a joke compared to before the Alliance got majority at the elections. I think that the Swedish population should wake up and say STOP to the Alliance.

This madness cannot continue. What is wrong with the majority of Swedes? Is there no more solidarity? Don´t people understand that a teacher cannot be held responsible soley for a childs results in school? The child has parents. Should every parent in Sweden get less payed if their child doesn´t belong to the elite? What´s next on the agenda the Alliance? More discriminating politics and favouring of the rich?

Swedish rules makes life harder for handicapped people

In todays Expressen.se we can read about a boy that got dispensation for the age limit of 18 for getting a drivers license. He got the drivers license at the age of 17 since the place where he lives makes it difficult to commute.

In Sweden the handicapped persons that need the care especially remodelled get that payed by the state (not the care, just the remodelling). However, the article says that the institution Försäkringskassan that handles the remodelling-contribution will not grant him the request. Why? He isn´t 18. One authority could give dispensation – they that give out drivers licenses – but Försäkringskassan cannot. The rules make life harder for handicapped.

Sometimes the system isn´t the best. This is clearly one of those cases. Of course Försäkringskassan should also be able to give dispensation. Well maybe he will, if you talk, write, blog about it! Help the guy out, will you?
