Monotone jobs and stress related industrial landscapes

If you get more money on a monotone job you work better, according to research. But having a variated job doesn´t increase your productivity even though you would get more money. Still the variated job is considered often more worth in money, even though you do not get any more effective from a higher salery. Strangely enough monotone jobs pay less in the industry… and still the workers would be more effective with a higher salery in these jobs and often the saleries are not increased. I am thinking of HM. Probably the persons would produce more if they got higher saleries. The time would speed up. Still they choose not to pay the factory workers more.

Industrial landscapes make people more ineffective and stressed researches also have shown. Still we put people in this unsuccessful surroundings.

They produce your cheap clothes

They work for minimum 11 crowns/day and work 6 days a week in Bangladesh. 1 kr 40 öre per hour the journalist says. They sit close to each other since they work faster then according to the owner of the factory, according tot he film in Expressen.se. The factory says that many want to work overtime, to earn more, according to the film (see source).

Why doesn´t HM pay more weighes? They don´t want to do that since they do not want to offer more than someone else does in Bangladesh. That is just fucked up. HM should still do it, then the other factories would have to give more too, since everyone would want to work for the highest paying factory. I think HM should drive the saleries higher, not waiting for others to join.

Someone needs to lead. I am thinking it could be HM. So why are they not? The reasons given doesn´t seem right.
