Fat people have less chance to die than skinny!!!

According to an article in SVD.se slightly obese people have a six percent less chance to die prematurely compared to skinny people. This has to be more researched of course. But I say to all you employers, don’t judge a book by its cover. A slightly obese person doesn’t have to be either lazier, nor less healthier. I am just saying. I think there are a lot of people who are home from work that are actually skinny. The fat people I more often see at work everyday. Also I see a lot more production from many medium obese persons.

I think it is very strange that we have the super skinny ideals in magazines and fashion. And also there was a, in my opinion, not to smart blogger that said negative things about obese people. Like all people can be grouped into labels. Science is often trying to label people. I do not really like it. All statistics are like this. Even though this is so, statistics rule the world in many aspects. I even work with statistics, but I do not compare it with others I compare my own production with me when I make statistics. This way I know something has changed or not in the production. Well, that is another story of course.

But it is interesting to see that obese seems to protect against early death. Now we are not talking about heavily overweight obesity that can be dangerous. skinniness is also dangerous and can increase you dying earlier than you should if you put on some extra pounds. Just saying. Everything isn’t always as you think it is.

A medium overweight person is after all a good role model to all you people who have said the opposite. Now research shows you must think again.

All insurance companies must reevaluate their policies. Many cannot get life insurance for the same amount of money that others with regular BMI can. Obese persons are many times discriminated in this society of hours.

Finally HM wants to drive the development of better work places

In an earlier interview, in my archive you may find the article and source for facts, HM said they didn´t want to increase the saleries of textile factory workers in Bangladesh. They said that they where giving the same saleries as everyone else. I then wrote that I think that HM should change and be the driving force for better saleries. That they should be the better employee. Now they are saying in SVD.se that they are going to teach the Swedish model together with the union Metall to workers in Cambodia.

The driving force, if I understood the article, is that many textile factory workers, have been passing out at work. They also say that the workers have no influence over working conditions. This they are now saying they want to change by exporting the Swedish model.

I am welcoming all Swedish companies to be the best employers out in the world. So I wish good luck to HM.

Sweden used to be a textile nation, in the 1960′s it was a large industry in textile in Sweden. Many women and men worked a lot. Some got pension earlier since they worked themselves to such an exstent they couldn´t work anymore. Both their mental and pshycial beeings said no in the end. For some all work ended there and they had to go on early retirement. I have meet some of these people. I therefor know that you cannot keep up overtime and speed without beeing used for a final time at some point. Today we call these people “burned out”.
