SVT2 sände forum om arbetslöshetsstatistik

Det intressanta som sades var det som följer härmed. I SVT Forum sägs att för det första så finns inget stöd på att högre a-kassa leder till högre arbetslöshet. Inga bevis finns eller har studerats. En höjd a-kassa leder till högre lönenivå är inte heller bevisat. Inga studier har kunnat bevisa detta. Staten har försökt plocka här och där ur olika pusselbitar för att “försöka” hitta stöd. Nettoeffekten om man höjer a-kassa är att de som saknar a-kassa får jobb snabbare om man höjer a-kassan för de som har a-kassa, enligt föreläsaren (SVT Forum). Det tycker jag verkar vara bra, för oftast så är den som inte har a-kassa längre från arbetsmarknaden skulle jag tolka det som. Så det finns alltså bara nytta med att höja a-kassan som jag tolkar det.
De grupper som politiken fokuserar på, dvs arbetslösa, sjukskrivna och förtidspensionerade. Där blir effekten minimal, eftersom de största grupperna är i “övriggruppen” och där blir effekten jättestor. Huruvida de grupperna som tillhör finansdepartementets målgrupp nås av modellen går inte att säga (SVT Forum). Målgruppen för Finansdepartementet har inte samma arbetsmöjligheter som “Homogen” arbetskraft, vilket är de jämförelsesiffror som de använt sig av. Det är inte samma chans för dem att få jobb som för den homogena gruppen förklaras av tv-programmet. (SVT Forum)
Steg 3 i Finansdepartementets analys utgår från Panelstudier i OECD-länder. De talar om tidsserier. De väljer ett land. Sedan finns tvärsnittsstudier – där tittar och jämför de ett land med andra länder. Exempel på en frågeställning de kan ställa är: “Varför är arbetslösheten på den här nivån där, men inte här?” Då kan de hitta ett mycket svagt samband mellan hög arbetslöshet och hög a-kassa i denna typ av studier, dock så minimal att det mycket sannolikt kan finnas andra faktorer till varför arbetslösheten är hög i dessa länder. Finansdepartementet stödjer sig alltså på skakiga resultat, omvänd kausalitet, icke-stationaritet i denna typ av studier. Om ett par parametrar ändras mycket litet, exempelvis år osv. så ändras också statistiken jättemycket. (SVT Forum) Så Finansdepartementet stödjer sig på väldigt konstig statistik, kanske har de inte rätt kompetens för att förstå statistik är en tanke som slår mig? Kanske lider de av kompetensbrist? Vore ju inte så konstigt, då jag mött många arbetsplatser som har kompetensbrist hos de anställda. Om man har kompetensbrist så saknar de som ska jobba med statistiken ofta förståelse för olika saker. När jag tar reda på statistik så ringer jag gärna SCB, SPAR osv., de har också möjlighet att förklara statistiken, vilket de gärna gör. Finansdepartementet har all möjlighet i världen att ta hjälp av SCB och andra statliga institutioner för att tolka forskning och statistik. Tanken som slår mig är att det verkar som Finansdepartementet kan behöva lära sig hur Finansdepartementet ska titta på studier. Jag tycker nog det vore på sin plats att de gjorde det, om de vill styra ett land vars politik påverkar alla dess invånare. Jag skulle gärna vilja att min doktor var kompetent doktor i sitt yrke, skulle du låta en rörmokare vara din doktor för invärtesmedicin?
Vid 1995 (vår värsta lågkonjunktur) skulle vi haft 4,5% arbetslöshet enligt den typen av studier, men det hade ju inte gått. Alltså kan inte denna typ av panelstudier användas för svenska arbetslöshetsanalyser.
I SVT Forum nämns jämlikhetsarbetslöshet – de visar en blå kurva där Finansdepartementets antagande om effekterna om ersättningarna inom a-kassan. Jag tolkar det föreläsaren säger som att om vi hade följt den kurvan så skulle arbetslösheten sjunkit pladask (min tolkning av kurvan som pekar rakt ned). I SVT Forum beskrivs att om man skulle följt den statistiken som Finansdepartementet gör så hade vi haft 0,5% i jämlikhetsarbetslöshet. Men detta stämmer inte. Vi är inte nere i den typen av jämviktsarbetslöshet, den har istället stigit. Det är ett tydligt tecken på att Finansdepartementet är
fel ute. Det är andra faktorer som påverkat svensk arbetslöshet, enligt Göran. (SVT Forum)
TCO berättar om inkomstförsäkringen. De säger att för de med inkomstförsäkring, utöver a-kassan, så skulle en höjning av a-kassan inte göra någon skillnad på inkomsten. Om man höjer taket till 27 000 kronor i månaden, som TCO föreslår, så skulle det inte göra någon skillnad för någon med 32 000 kr i månaden som har inkomstförsäkring. TCO har också tittat på de arbetslösa som är medlemmar i facket. 10 september 2012 har han tittat på statistiken. 1/3 av de öppet arbetslösa hade en inkomstförsäkring. Resterande del hade inte en inkomstförsäkring (antingen ej medlemmar eller inte erbjöds någon av sitt fackförbund säger han, jag vill dock säga att en del kanske inte heller kvalificerat sig till den). 407 arbetslöshetsdagar var det längsta, men de kan bara som maximalt erbjudas 200 arbetslöshetsdagar (min notering är att alla fackförbund har inte så många dagar, en del har 100 dagar, andra 120 och en del 150 dagar osv). Vad som orsakar längre arbetslöshetstider finns ingen forskning om säger TCO. Det finns inga samband påvisade för inkomstförsäkring och arbetslöshetstid. (SVT Forum)
Föreläsaren efter TCO, Almega, berättar att det saknas forskning och att den forskning som Finansdepartementet stödjer sig på är bristfällig. Hon säger att det inte är lätt för en läsare att bli helt övertygad av rapporten. Almega tar upp kommentarer liknande “Vissa studier visar att en sänkt ersättning ger en ökad sökeffektivitet” i rapporten och riktar kritik med att det påverkar ändå inte arbetslöshetsstatistiken och möjligheterna till jobb. Äsch, allt de gör är att såga Finansdepartementet och jag förstår att Anders Borgs arbetsmarknadspolitik verkar vara på helt lösa boliner. Tänk att han ska få de arbetslösa i ekonomiskt trångmål. De flesta vill få jobba med ett roligt jobb där människor är snälla mot dem, men vad förväntar vi oss? En politiker som Anders Borg, som styr svensk arbetsmarknadspolitik, är ju inte kompetent att ta fram riktig statistik och göra en politik som är bra för folket. Han verkar designa statistiken för att få stöd för sin förnedringspolitik. Alla arbetslösa borde få vara lyckliga i sitt jobbsökande och få hamna på rätt ställe för dem. För hamnar de på fel ställe så är de i ekorrhjul där de bara mår dåligt i alla fall. Det tjänar varken individ, stat eller arbetsgivare på. Ingen tjänar på att göra något de mår dåligt av. Att må dåligt av sitt jobb är traumatiskt. Det är en individ- och samhällsförlust. Ohälsotalet lever farligt med en förnedringspolitik, är min åsikt.
Arbetsmarknadspolitiken borde stödja de arbetslösa att hitta ett jobb med det som de vill jobba med. De flesta kan nog tänka sig det mesta. Jag tror det viktigaste är trivsel på jobbet. Dagens politik stödjer inte det. Dagens politik är inte individanpassad.
A-kassorna med högutbildade säger att deras arbetssökande har kortare tid i arbetslöshet och de vill gärna se ett samband med att de just har hög utbildning. I a-kassor med låg utbildningsnivå är arbetslöshetstiden längre (SVT Forum). Det är ju högst intressant att de nämner det på SVT Forum. Det borde ju vara ett incitament att ge gratis utbildning till de arbetslösa, en utbildning efter dennes önskemål och den arbetslöses fallenhet i förhållande till lediga jobb.
Att söka jobb i en annan bransch kan leda till att det tar längre tid för de arbetslösa att komma tillbaks till sin gamla bransch (nämns i SVT Forum), jag vill tillägga – för de som så önskar. En del kanske vill byta bransch och aldrig komma tillbaks till sin tidigare bransch och jag tycker det är svårt att få byta bransch. Arbetsgivare är för fokuserade på det som varit istället för att se kompetensen i individerna på arbetsmarknaden. Det är en förslut för individ och samhälle att människor inte jobbar inom sitt kompetensområde ja, men jag tycker att man inte ska fastna vid branschtänk. Låt individer själva bestämma vad de vill jobba med.
De nämner efter 12.30 i SVT Forum-programmet att vi är arbetslösa oftare och att arbetslöshetstiden är kortare. Han beskriver min arbetslöshet. Han säger att arbetslöshetsförsäkringen måste skapa inkomsttrygghet, förenlig med att arbetslösheten inte stiger, medverka till att matchningen på arbetsmarknaden är produktionsenlig, de vill inte att arbetslöse ingenjören blir busschafför. Själv tycker jag det känns lite “narrow minded” (trångsynt). Jag vill få en annan utbildning, eftersom jag tröttnat på kringhattandet från jobb till jobb. Jag kan dock inte sätta mig i skuld för en ny utbildning. Jag tror dock staten skulle tjäna på att ge ex akademiker som måste byta jobb ofta en ny högskoleutbildning på 3 år. Staten och akademikern skulle båda tjäna på det. Människor kommer inte orka hatta från jobb till jobb, det är påfrestande ekonomiskt och det blir ingen kontinuitet i livet. Ingen semester år efter år…. är jobbigt. Jag vet. För när man väl får jobb efter ett par månader så vågar den arbetslöse inte ta semester. Så någon semester blir det inte. Det skapar en enorm stress att inte kunna planera sitt liv.
De nämner att “många behöver omskolning” och “de behöver en andra chans”. Jag håller med, men de misslyckas med målgruppen. De nämner bara de med lägre utbildning som målgrupp. Jag tycker även jag som akademiker skulle ha rätt till omskolning. Jag vill inte hatta runt som en bounching jojo från jobb till jobb. Blä.
En i publiken säger ju att matchningen måste göras. Efterfrågan skapas ju inte bara för att. Det tycker jag är en rimlig diskussion. Han nämner att på 1970-talet fanns bättre möjligheter att själva som arbetsgivare utbilda arbetskraften. Jag håller med, för då hade vi brist på arbetskraft. Så jag tror nog att brist på arbetskraft vore bra för Sverige, dvs sänk arbetslösheten. Staten borde anställa. Då kommer företag att istället utbilda människor. Han nämner också att de som använder sig av arbetslöhetsförsäkringen går inte från fast jobb till fast jobb, utan mellan kortare jobb. Jag håller med. Han säger att a-kassan borde stödja en generös omställningsförsäkring för att möjliggöra en rörligare arbetsmarknad. Smart sagt.
De pratar om coachning för högutbildade och lågutbildade. Bullshit. Jag behöver inte någon förbannad coach. Just saying. Jag kan coacha coachen istället.
Sedan pratar de om att arbetsgivare är dåliga på att rekrytera de som har en historik av sjukskrivning och långtidsarbetslösa. De undrar också varför inga studier gjorts på varför arbetsgivare inte vill rekrytera dem (SVT Forum). Jag vet. De vill inte för det är förknippat med en stigma som dagens regeringen också bidragit till, dvs. en negativ syn på arbetslösa och sjukskrivna.

To return a product
If a product doesn’t keep the quality you really could want from the price with the product then you should return the product. I had a product that was rather expensive for its market. To make you understand a regular product of semi ok quality costs 1/4 the price of my product. So I pay a little more for the quality and then the label. Normal life lenght can be up to a few years, but when a product gives in after just a couple of months you probably would agree the quality didn’t live up to standards. So I returned a product recently due to that reason.
I also found a new product to replace the old. Looks the same, but 1/3 of the price. And it seems to be a little better quality, so let’s hope it lasts longer than the other product. I saved some money on it by downgrading to a non labeled product.
I really expect quality on all products. I look at how they are made and what materials have been used and hopefully I make the right decision. How do you do it? Just fall in love and buy it? Or make research first?
On food you check the quality to, directly in the store. So you should be picky about everything really. When you bought it, you must be able to use it so to speak. If you cannot, then perhaps you shouldn’t have bought it…. or what?
The clock had turned almost to late for work
So I thought I wasn’t going to work. However I got a half day today. I was awfully tired upon arrival home. I couldn’t do much but eat and sleep. Now I have rested for a couple of hours and now I have gone to get the books I got already a few days ago.
Perhaps you remember I ordered some books, trying to learn how to make CSS. Now I have the books. I also ordered a book about animated webpages. At current status I have no energy to do this even though I am just working part-time. I am all to tired everyday.
I am even to tired to go to my art class to paint, but I have to do it. I have to practice how to make nice drawings. I have to do it, since I want to further develop myself.
Perhaps when energy comes back into my tired body I will be able to merge the art classes with some animated webbpages knowledge and CSS knowledge. I am not making any promises, since I do not know if energy ever will arrive as long as I am a temp. However the temp job is just for the moment.
I was thinking of not working next week. I have to have time and energy to make job applications and that has indeed been suffering during this temp job. I haven’t had energy to look for enough jobs this week. I have been in very demanding temp assignments that have made me more energy consumed than ever before.
One place I am going to say “no thanks” to if they ever call again. No money in the world is worth being in such a place.
One of the books is from the “dummies” series, hopefully I am not to dumb for it ;O).
Once more Facebook continues to make integrity violations
In todays DN.se we can read about the Facebook function that helps the users to search for information. The new search function can make them find out who in a certain organisation likes what the article says. The article also says that this is a good tool for dicatators.
According to the article this is ment for information that you have placed publically, but then the article says it is enough that a friend can see the information to find information.
The article really doesn’t say how the function works. I also say that be careful with any information you place on Facebook, do not think even for a second anything is private. Not even your chat messages. If you think something on Facebook is private, then rethink and reevaluate.
In the function you can search for how many work at a certain company under a certain age. This is bad. Imagine you then being the target for freud. I would say that the risk is more that criminals use it than a dictator.
However to DN I just want to say that that was an article that didn’t really say a shit about the function itself. So the tester you are using doesn’t seem to be able to explain. Then I want to say that a dictator can find out information already, they do not need Facebook.
I think Facebook should offer the option to turn of your complete profile for any search function like this. This advice is totally free.

The laws of attraction and marketing
This YouTube-video says that marketing is just a way to attract you to a product. Marketeers are trying to build your consciousness of awareness. You need to focus on what you want. He thinks that if you do not think of what you want you will not get it. He says you need to pay attention to what you want.
Some things are smart, but I happen to disagree with other things he says. I happen to believe that bills will come in the mail anyway, no matter what you think. If I do not want the bills, then I have to end what ever the bills are about. So I do not agree with him on that. “Your thoughts create your reality”. I am saying. I did not fucking think about being harassed by the Tax department many years in a row, but yet I was. Every year the Tax department chooses 5000 Swedes for check up. The last year I was harassed by them by a review I called them and asked them how it even was possible for someone to be chosen for so many years in a row. I asked them if someone reported me. They of course said no. Then I asked them how it was done. They said the super computer chose the people by random. I said how the fuck can someone be chosen by random so many years in a row? I said what was on my mind. After that they haven’t done reviews on me anymore. So in some cases I disagree with the man in this video. My stand point is – you do not even need to think about it, it can still happen.
He says that you need to give love to get love. Of course. But that is not thoughts, that is action and outcome for me. What you invest – and your return. However your investments do not always give a return. So I am saying it is not as easy as he says. But in other parts I think that it is interesting and therefore I present this YouTube video to you.

Försäkringskassan causes half of all repayments
Every second repay of health insurance is caused by the staff at Försäkringskassan (The institution responsible for health insurances and some other insurances in Swedish welfare system). Wrongful registrations make the payments to private persons to big and money most be repossessed by Försäkringskassan. All these facts where in todays Dn.se.
140 000 demands of repay are sent out every year, according to DN.se. From my standpoint every second shouldn’t have been done, that is 70 000. But it is being done due to the personnel at Försäkringskassan registering the wrong amount. The wrongful doings by the staff is done by the staff making something wrong when they register the case or that they haven’t updated the case with the new given information by the person applying for health care insurance, according to Dn.se. The product responsible at Försäkringskassan national center has gone through
the repossessions and realized it is due to competence lack or sloppy work by the staff, according to the Dn.se article.

Another given factor, according to the article, is how the IT has been put up. The article says they have the problem with their IT-support, but the article also says they are working with that.
Many people dependent on the system have no economic margins and a repossession of parts of the health care insurances causes a lot of damage to the people’s economy. People still have to repay, even when Försäkringskassan makes the mistakes.
According to the article Försäkringskassan handles 45 million payments per year.

I think it is overall bad that money that has been legally applied for can be repossessed even though authorities make the mistakes. When you get just a little money every month, when you are like sick, every Krona counts. Imagine having an already low-income and that you have given the right information… and imagine that it is not easy to interpret letters and decisions from Försäkringskassan. How can the person even understand that they are not getting the right amount? If they are sick for a long period this amount that they will have to pay back increases by each month.
The money isn’t checked until a year later and then the money might be a couple or thousands or even more. The people who have given the correct information still have the repay the money to Försäkringskassan.
I am just wondering why errors by the personnel are even happening? Well, Of course I know. The usability of the rules and regulations are most likely complicated. People working there haven’t gotten clear guidelines easy accessable. They are most likely working in chaos. The old guys, that are updated in the rules probably adapt by experience to chaos. There comes new rules and regulations all the time and if all the staff doesn’t get the time for competence development then there will be errors like this. Also when you staff isn’t clearly introduced errors will happen. Not giving competence development often is because the boss’s are not doing their jobs giving all their staff what they really need.
It is very common that boss’s have no structure when the staff isn’t getting the right support in order to do their work. Perhaps even the boss’s are sloppy? I have many times seen bad boss’s. Also the rules are not probably documented so that they are easy understandable. If something
is difficult to understand mistakes will happen. Also not having supporting systems, like clear papers and clear IT-systems makes things more
difficult. This I have seen to many times. And even if the staff point it out, many times companies don’t do anything about them. I have seen bad things in every place in companies.
I think that this is just a mirror of the Swedish society in those companies. A view of the world really. Structure and order would make everything easier for everyone, but still that isn’t being done. The wrong people might even be at the wrong places. Some are working with the wrong task’s, perhaps task’s that they really cannot do, not even with a course. So I am not surprised that there is chaos at Försäkringskassan. But then again, those that have competence, they compensate for the problems in structure. That is why no more than 70 000 errors are caused by the staff. We should be happy that their isn’t even more errors, after all 45 million payments is a lot of money. So for the competence for the rest of the staff we have to thank for. Thanks for doing your jobs. I believe that other companies are making even bigger mistakes. So 1% error is a rather small amount really, but a tragedy for those effected.

What is it like to be poor by Swedish standards in Sweden?
This women on YouTube talks about the system failure in Sweden for single parents. I have written some about what she is saying, so that you all may understand what she says.
How people cannot really manage on part-time salaries. I just want to add that many women in Sweden have part-time jobs. Why? This is the most common form of employment available for many women.
This women in this YouTube-video tells her story about the economic crises in 1990-1993 and in 2004, that affected her. I have also been affected by the economic crises those periods, so I can understand her story about not finding jobs and losing jobs.
She tells her story about being poor in Sweden. She talks about Arbetsförmedlingen’s attitude against unemployed. I have also met a poor attitude from Arbetsförmedlingen, it is very much dependent on where the agency is and who greets you. I will agree that I sometimes have met good people.
She talks of the fact of how she had to go from job to job. This way her story isn’t much different. Now she says that she has tried to find jobs for a while without success. She has done all the concepts and she has good merits and still she cannot get a job. I think it has been harder to find a real job since 2010, so even here I think that her story isn’t much different from many others I have met. I have also gone from job to job. She has applied for thousend’s of jobs.
She says that she has tried to talk to Arbetsmarknadsdepartementet and affect them. She has met others in the same position as her. Together they have given the Swedish politicians at Arbetsmarknadsdepartementet good suggestions and she says that the suggestions have been turned down with strange reasons like “they would be to popular solutions to the work politics in Sweden”. I am saying. How strange.
She says she is poor today and she isn’t ashamed. She isn’t ashamed of being in a system that does not help single parents. She has lived on a work market that hinders people from starting their own companies and get the right tools to get a job. I agree with her. If unemployed try to start companies, they lose their unemployment insurance. I also want to say that you also risk your own economy even trying, all social welfare safety lines are not made for those that start companies. I think that anyone should be able to start a company whilst unemployed. The unemployment insurance can be reduced when company makes revenue. This is not possible today.
She is proud that her brain still functions and that she is generous and warm-hearted. She is thankful her daughter is smart and wonderful. She still believes in the future. But she thinks that Swedish society doesn’t work anymore. Nothing is being done. The government act like clown’s she said. She says that Fredrik should try to live her life for a month. I think Fredrik, the Swedish state minister, should do that.
She is thankful she has phone and Internet. She wants the politicians to live her life for one month. I understand her life, I know what it is like to work in Sweden.
I understand her frustration over Fredrik Reinfeldt’s politics, I am too. She thinks that Sweden is run the wrong way. She isn’t alone. I am also thinking the same.

Politician suffers like any other unemployed
A Swedish part-time-politician had to quit his political job due to a-kassa-regulations in Sweden. Since when you lose your real job as a part-time politician you are not allowed to use a-kassa for part-time-engagements more than 75 days. I have written about this rule before and I have complained about it many times. Still nothing happens.
I am glad that one politician now feels what it is like to be unemployed. He has to suffer for the rules. It is like this, you do not know the rules until they affect you. Now they affect him. Now the politicians speak about the rigid rules in Corren.se. I am however sad that he hasn’t tried to change the rules before this happened to him.
I want Fredrik Reinfeldt and Anders Borg to move the stupid 75-day rule for part-time-unemployment insurance.
The 75-day rule means that you can only “stamp up” (stämpla upp) your part-time-job to full-time for 75 days. It works like this:
You work 4 days a 8 hours.
You can “stamp up” 1 day that week. You lose one day of the 75 days.
Next week you do not work anything. You stamp unemployed all week. You lose no days.
What kind of system is that really? It doesn’t say: You better work. It actually says you better be totally unemployed, otherwise we take away your unemployment insurance.
This is a rule made by the Alliance (Alliansen). There was no such rule prior to them ruling in Sweden. A-kassa also got lower. Everything for the unemployed is worse in Sweden if you ask me.
The rules are made to keep people who are not good enough for full-time-jobs even poorer. To make people poorer. The rules are made to keep people without experience out from the market. I do not think the rules benefit anyone. I think it is somewhat discriminating politics if you ask me.
It is unfair that unemployed, that are very much affected by politicians rules cannot even be part-time-politicians, trying to change the rules. I think it is discriminating.
