Hahaa. That is like no money. That is money I can give to a charity box if I happen to have it in my pocket. It is money that can finance 3 candies or 2 shewing gums. That way you all understand how little money that is.

An old women didn’t pay bill and got a reminder, according to Expressen. The reminder was paid, but to late, according to the article. After that came repo from Swedish IRS, Skatteverket, and demanded the 1kr. It must have cost more to require this money in salaries and tax payers money than it ever gave in return. Waste of money! Do repo on 1kr is just an overall joke.

Försäkringskassan causes half of all repayments

Every second repay of health insurance is caused by the staff at Försäkringskassan (The institution responsible for health insurances and some other insurances in Swedish welfare system). Wrongful registrations make the payments to private persons to big and money most be repossessed by Försäkringskassan. All these facts where in todays Dn.se.

140 000 demands of repay are sent out every year, according to DN.se. From my standpoint every second shouldn’t have been done, that is 70 000. But it is being done due to the personnel at Försäkringskassan registering the wrong amount. The wrongful doings by the staff is done by the staff making something wrong when they register the case or that they haven’t updated the case with the new given information by the person applying for health care insurance, according to Dn.se. The product responsible at Försäkringskassan national center has gone through
the repossessions and realized it is due to competence lack or sloppy work by the staff, according to the Dn.se article.

According to the product responsible at Försäkringskassan national center the competence lack and sloppy work is usually done since the person haven’t had any competence development for a long while or that the staff was newly employed. Another given factor, according to the article, is how the IT has been put up. The article says they have the problem with their IT-support, but the article also says they are working with that.
Many people dependent on the system have no economic margins and a repossession of parts of the health care insurances causes a lot of damage to the people’s economy. People still have to repay, even when Försäkringskassan makes the mistakes.
According to the article Försäkringskassan handles 45 million payments per year.

I think it is overall bad that money that has been legally applied for can be repossessed even though authorities make the mistakes. When you get just a little money every month, when you are like sick, every Krona counts. Imagine having an already low-income and that you have given the right information… and imagine that it is not easy to interpret letters and decisions from Försäkringskassan. How can the person even understand that they are not getting the right amount? If they are sick for a long period this amount that they will have to pay back increases by each month.
The money isn’t checked until a year later and then the money might be a couple or thousands or even more. The people who have given the correct information still have the repay the money to Försäkringskassan.

I am just wondering why errors by the personnel are even happening? Well, Of course I know. The usability of the rules and regulations are most likely complicated. People working there haven’t gotten clear guidelines easy accessable. They are most likely working in chaos. The old guys, that are updated in the rules probably adapt by experience to chaos. There comes new rules and regulations all the time and if all the staff doesn’t get the time for competence development then there will be errors like this. Also when you staff isn’t clearly introduced errors will happen. Not giving competence development often is because the boss’s are not doing their jobs giving all their staff what they really need.
It is very common that boss’s have no structure when the staff isn’t getting the right support in order to do their work. Perhaps even the boss’s  are sloppy? I have many times seen bad boss’s. Also the rules are not probably documented so that they are easy understandable. If something
is difficult to understand mistakes will happen. Also not having supporting systems, like clear papers and clear IT-systems makes things more
difficult. This I have seen to many times. And even if the staff point it out, many times companies don’t do anything about them. I have seen bad things in every place in companies.

I think that this is just a mirror of the Swedish society in those companies. A view of the world really. Structure and order would make everything easier for everyone, but still that isn’t being done. The wrong people might even be at the wrong places. Some are working with the wrong task’s, perhaps task’s that they really cannot do, not even with a course. So I am not surprised that there is chaos at Försäkringskassan. But then again, those that have competence, they compensate for the problems in structure. That is why no more than 70 000 errors are caused by the staff. We should be happy that their isn’t even more errors, after all 45 million payments is a lot of money. So for the competence for the rest of the staff we have to thank for. Thanks for doing your jobs. I believe that other companies are making even bigger mistakes. So 1% error is a rather small amount really, but a tragedy for those effected.

Cruel world – some have nothing and other’s have 2,5 billion SEK in salery

I think that Cook, the Apple CEO can take a salery reduction on 99%. I cannot even understand how the Apple company even could give such a high salery as 2,5 billion SEK last year? Even if he know gets 1% of his former salery, as the article in SVD.se says, he still gets more than entire villages in a developing country get in many many years. I think it is absurd that a person can have saleries over millions and millions of SEK. Or any other currency about the same value. I even happen to think 1,2 million per year is a great deal. Many executives get saleries like that. I think it is a joke that some get so much while a full time worker kan get a total of 120 000 sek per year before taxes. Absurd. I do not think people diserve many millions in salery. That is a over capacity of money going to the wrong cause. Employ another person, so people do not have to work as hard on the floor in the factories. Afterall people have fainted in Apple factories. Absurd. Apple should be ashamed. I think the salery could be even lowered more. 27 million SEK per year, the Apple CEO still gets, according to SVD.se. All CEO:s should lower their many million dollar saleries. Hasn’t anyone noticed a economic crises?

And here I am, just wanting to be debt free. Free from loans on houses and student loans. That is it.

Austrian guy Facebooks danger

Todays DN.se has the flash title “Facebook fiende nr 1″ on the first webpage for DN.se:s article “25-årig Österrikare vill möta Facebook i rätten”.

That means “Facebook´s anemie no 1″ and “25 year old Austrian want to meet Facebook in court.

I am allready starting to like the guy, without reading the article. Anyone that fights Facebook current rules is a friend of mine. I haven´t really remebered his named, but I do know the site. His site is named Europe-v-facebook.org.

He wants 200 000 Euro to go to court if I understood the article right. Then the article says that Schrems wants to target misusage like Facebook is collecting to much information about the users, they keep it to long and use it for purposes that go against EU laws about integrity.

EU-laws do not allow him to drive a court process against Facebook as a private person directly, but he can process against them in so called circuit cours in Ireland, according to the article. From there the case can go to the EU-court, the place were the following of EU laws are ensured, according to DN.se.

He was part in getting the Facial recognission software removed from EU-users the article says.

I can say I am also trying to get the laws even harder. For me intergrity is very important. I think legislation should be really tuff and that as little as possible should be saved about people. There is no need for everything to be stored forever. There must be some limit to saving data. Legislation surrounding integrity must be even tuffer than it is today. I think noone should know where you and I are surfing on the Internet, but I happen to know that this is not the case. By not allowing storage of surfing habits we could go around a lot of things. By making all users anononomyous to companies it doesn´t mean that they wouldn´t be able to gather information about their users. We would just be anonymous users. They wouldn´t know where you were located. They could now what country, but not more than that. Today they know the node you connect to. Some can however have the node somewhere else and therefor they really do not know exact place of the user. However many times the node is closeby. For users with fixed IP-addresses there is a really close node. It´s also harder for users with fixed ip to be anonymous. Indexing of your surfing habits on GOOGLE and such could get really skilled hackers to know a lot about you. Since it is possible for a nutcracker to get into systems and find information I think that the information shouldn´t be allowed to be stored at all. That would be safest. I can understand that the police should need some cyber prints in order to apprehend criminals. There are ways to that without having users info out there at private companies.

I want a different type of Internet. A different type of hardware. Today all hardware has unique numbers. These numbers can be used for identification of all hardware on the Internet. Add software licenses (for those that have software with that included). Having a certain combination gives a unique user. Persons with skills know how to apprehend this information from your computer. I have this knowledge. It´s not that difficult. I also know how to change it, I have had access to tools that makes it possible. That means that if I would have these tools in my posession I could mask me as you. So what I am saying is that there will be a new form of cyber actitivities in the future. Activities that could result in you “doing things” you really are not. Scary?

Well, many people do not think of the unique identifiers out there. A site were you give away personal information could as well be hacked and then they can identify your computer online. How do you think that GOOGLE indexes your site? By using spiders / robots you can search the web for what you want. A programmer can make their own spider. The spider can be set on finding you. No matter where you are. It takes time of course.

So still feel safe? Internet is not safe. Evidence can allways be manipulated. Storage of information about the populations is dangerous. So that there are law students fighting for integrity is really good. So if you think it´s important that we fight for integrity, maybe you should talk about it, write about it, question it, contact your politician locally by e-mail or phone? Write on their social media networks? There are many peaceful ways of changing laws. Politicians can legislate. You can effect them. You can help them. You can write legislations. Give them to the politicians. All with peaceful methods in the name of democracy.

Go out there – change the world back to integrity. Change the Internet. Change hardware. Change software. Change through lobbying. Change through legislation. Change. You can start by talking. If I can, you can.
